This works pretty well so far. I apply it the night before and the pimples dry out by next day. It does not remove the pimples over night but reduces the size little by little. It does not have any kind of bad odor which is nice if you have a pimples near the nose. It does stick well to the skin but you have to let the cream dry a little bit or it'll stick to your pillow if you lay down. I have no additional skin irritation. Overall this works pretty well for what I need it to do. It does not require much to work and it drys the pimple over night without drying out my skin.

This is really good for Acne if you’re going to a wedding next day, USE THIS THE DAY BEFORE…. ITS THAT FAST , no joke ! But this can also be used for oily skin and blemish marks.

I struggle with hormonal cystic acne, and this has helped greatly. The process of a zit is usually a month before it even starts to go away, this speeds the process up rapidly. It gets rid of tiny blemishes, whiteheads, black heads overnight, but doesn't get rid of cystic pimples that are underneath the surface. It actually seems to have the affect of bringing it to the surface. It definitely helps with dark spots left behind as well. I normally don't post reviews, but this is something close to my heart and if anyone else is struggling with something similar, I want them to kno this is an item that might be worth it! I'm not sure there will ever be a magic fix to hormonal acne, but this is rlly a wonderful product, and I've tried a lot.

It got 3 stars because it probably works but its very hard to get over the smell. Its comparable to the Mario Badescu liquid but theirs is tinted pink which is kind of nice. This leave white all over you. I thought it was clear.

Works great but watch out it will bleach your clothes or towels. I learned the hard way

Good product! Got rid of an ugly pimple in a few days. It goes on White so it’s probably best used at night. It was gentle and did not irritate my skin. I wish it had a higher concentration of the sulfur, which dries up the pimples quicker, but overall it is easy to apply and works pretty well.

I suffer from cystic hormonal acne something horrible since beginning cancer preventative medication after chemo. With the reviews this has I had extremely high hopes. I ended up with what I can only describe as a “chemical burn” where I would apply this. I tried it twice with no other products, and each time suffered the same painful result. Very disappointing
