Excellent flip phone, dead easy to set up and use and it has a great battery life. Just what I needed.

Not a great phone have had nothing but problems bought it for my mum as she was in hospital but she couldn't call my mobile call everyone else's except mine still doesn't work it's now shoved in a draw

The phone itself works very well but the top up card did not work we had to contact EE direct to obtain a top up apparently the bar code strip on the card was damaged when it left the supplier otherwise it is a nice little phone.

My mother can use this it's very easy to use she hates technology and she loves it. She says it is the best phone she's had

Was for farmer friends seem happy with it

Would not recomend this item - screen is small , poor ringtones and poor battery .it was a gift for my mum and is a waste, she uses another phone now. So please dont buy. I contacted them they phoned me but i missed their call and they asked me to call them back wasnt sure to incase i was charged for the call as phone was only £20
