Can I make a liquid roll-on deodorant from this and what would be the proportions?

That depends on the recipe.  I make my own "pit paste" with baking soda, shea butter and organic scented oils.  I wonder if you have a recipe, or need to search for one?

Mg(HCO3)2, is the bicarbonate salt of magnesium. It can be formed through the reaction of dilute solutions of carbonic acid (such as seltzer water) and magnesium hydroxide (milk of magnesia).Magnesium bicarbonate exists only in aqueous solution. To produce it, a suspension of magnesium hydroxide is treated with pressurized carbon dioxide, producing a solution of magnesium bicarbonate:        Mg(OH)2 + 2 CO2 → Mg(HCO3)2Drying the resulting solution causes the magnesium bicarbonate to decompose, yielding magnesium carbonate, carbon dioxide, and water:        Mg2+ + 2 HCO3− → MgCO3 + CO2 + H2ONow carbonated waters such as "Canada Dry Seltzer" which consist of only water and carbon dioxide (CO2) are suitable. "Club sodas" such as "Schweppes Club Soda" are also suitable; they are carbonated water with a small amount of added sodium; 41.7% by weight of magnesium hydroxide is elemental magnesium (Mg); simply measure 3700mg/3.7grams of magnesium hydroxide powder out use a one liter bottle of seltzer water; dump out an ounce or two of the seltzer water to allow for expansion of seltzer water; pour the 3.7grams of magnesium hydroxide powder thru a funnel directly into seltzer bottle; and then quickly recap the seltzer water bottle; then shake seltzer water bottle vigorously for 45 seconds or so; after 45 minutes or so shake the seltzer water bottle to dissolve any remaining magnesium hydroxide that is left; one now has 1,500mg of magnesium and 7,500 of bicarbonate in the one liter seltzer water bottle that is now dissolved in solution; this is ones concentrated magnesium bicarbonate solution bottle now; all one has to do now is dilute this concentrated solution in a ratio of eleven to one; measure out one ounce of magnesium bicarbonate solution and eleven ounces of filtered water(brita pitcher); now this diluted twelve ounces of magnesium bicarbonate solution has about 45mg of elemental magnesium and about 227mg of bicarbonate with a resulting ph of about 8.5 making it slightly alkaline in ph; now one can sleep like a baby and feel super rested with no brain fog or grogginess whatsoever; it definitely has a noticeable mental/psychological calming effect without a doubt.
