Really good for flying
Perfect for air travel. They stay cold for about 12 hours. Just a tip: TSA will let these pass easily if you have medicine in the container. If you are traveling with them and donโt have vials inside they will take away the frozen gel .

Excellent cooler.
This worked great for me. I put the canister part in the fridge and the part to be frozen in the freezer 24 hours before departure. I had 5 vials that I needed to keep cold. I put those in the bag that was supplied with the cooler. There was still room for more. We flew from the states to South Africa and had a long layover in between. We traveled about 48 hours without additional refridgeration. My meds were kept cold the entire time. I loved being able to check the temperature with the gauge on the lid. I had zero issues going through TSA. The canister is very sturdy. I'd buy this again.

Great Cooler Bottle that maintains consistent cool temps for medicine
I compared this cooler bottle to another Name Brand unit and it outperformed the Brand unit over my 2-day test. This bottle kept consistent very cold temperature for over 24 hours and remained under 50 degrees for another 24 hours. During the 2 days tested, it never got so warm that the medicine would be affected. However, the Name Brand unit only lasted half as long & during the second day, the inside bottle temp was 75 degrees, the same as my kitchen. It was like I'd left the lid off the bottle. My decision was made! Plus the better bottle came with a sleeve to protect the medicine bottles.

TSA will stop you but GLPs stayed cold
So far this is the only option for travel with GLP1 shots Iโve had success using. Bags styles will burst and shots disperse meds into the bag. The only issue with this is TSA will stop you in security. Make sure you label it medication do not shake!
