This seems like it is smaller than my pink beauty blender. It is however a perfect size and easy to keep clean. Also, the Sapphire Beauty Blender is easy to manage when applying makeup. It costs the same amount as the brands same Pink Beauty blender. I LOVE the color, shape, and softness of the sponge. I also like that it is latex free as I am allergic to latex. I much prefer the softness of this brands sponge to less expensive ones. I have tried less pricey blenders but prefer the way this feels on my face. The only caveat to it having a more desirable softness and superior application of makeup is it has a higher likelihood to tear it when you clean it. You can use products made for cleaning your beauty blender or use baby shampoo or a mild dish soap. The beauty blender can produce near perfect makeup application when you wet it and make sure you do not apply makeup too thickly. Also, makeup application can not only look “air brushed” by heavily blending your face, but your makeup will look nearly perfect and stay that way if you use the beauty blender with a Makeup Setting Spray. Using the Sapphire Beauty Blender gives my face a flawless, air-brushed look. I have some dry patches on my skin that are obvious when using a makeup brush. But the Sapphire Beauty Blender obscures those dry areas instantly. This blender is softer than any other on the market. Whenever it wears out, I will definitely be purchasing another one.

This beauty blender works as expected. A make-up artist friend recommended this for light make-up application. Use your fingers when you want to apply a thicker layer of make-up. This blows up in size slightly when wet. Helps you press make-up into the skin. I heard this harbors bacteria. After every use, I swipe this on the beauty blender soap bar and squeeze and rinse repeatedly under water. I squeeze it a lot to try to get all of the makeup out of the beauty blender. Then lay it out to air dry. I think cleaning after every make up application (it takes 2 minutes), spritzing with isopropyl alcohol, and changing to a new one every 6 months is the safest way to go if you are sensitive about this harboring bacteria.

Expected it to be a little larger but it does a good job

This is the name brand product, so one is going to spend a bit more but in my opinion, it's worth it. This is a great beauty blender. It's soft, easy to clean, really easy to use. I'm pretty new to the makeup world and this blends my foundation and concealer very easily. Totally worth the money.

Dozens of blenders in the market (and I’ve probably tried them all!), but this blender is excellent. It evenly blends foundation for a smooth, even coverage. A snap to clean with soap and warm water. Worth every penny and if cared for, it should last for a couple of years.

Love beauty blenders. There are lots of competitors, many a lot cheaper. But there is only one beauty blender and they are the best! Love the sapphire color. Easy to use and clean.

I use this product every day. If you follow the instructons you will see you must get it nice and wet until it doubles in size. Then wring it out and blend your make up. It makes for a smooth, flawless finish. I apply my make up with brushes first, using a HAC (highlight and contour) technique and then I use the beauty blender to blend it all together. I love how it erases any harsh lines I made on my face. Also easy to clean weekly with some gentle soap. Important tip: allow the beauty blender to air dry in an open space. If you throw a dampened beauty blender back in your make up bag it will get moldy and smell. Also, I have tried other brands and nothing compares to the original.
