This was my first time ordering hair from Amazon and I am impressed. I ordered a 10 inch and 12 inch bundle for a layered look and one bundle comes with 9 packs which is great quantity. 1 bundle is thick enough for a complete style. I loved the color and thw curl pattern, and although synthetic, it didn't have a smell. It has been over a week and the hair is still in good condition, even after being on vacation and in humid weather so it is durable. I would certainly recommend and will buy again! This was an easy, inexpensive and beautiful vacation hairstyle!!

Ordered the Yewell Goddess box braids crochet hair in the 10 in. The quality of the hair was good, you get a lot of braids for the money, they were easy to install. They weren't too heavy which is a plus. They do get tangled a bit but add some foam setting location or wrap lotion and it's good.

This crochet hair is reusable which is great. Just give it a good wash and detangle curls and trim them where necessary. The braids are perfect but the curls will tangle. Best thing to do to retain curl and avoid alot of tangles is to use a glossing spray or light oil mist. Use a satin pillow or bonnet when sleeping. For my daughters hair I use all the packs for a full look for one style and the 2nd style I used less packs since the parts were single braids. Depending on the braid pattern for the crochet you can achieve several styles. This was a great purchase.

The hair look very pretty when it came, but after a few days, it started to just come apart and and knot. It also felt pretty itchy. Not for me.

Overall, I really like these crochet braids. The hair is lightweight, good quality, and very easy to install. The braids look nice once installed and don’t feel heavy on my head, which I really appreciate. They also hold their style well and give a neat, natural look. My only critique is the chemicals used on the hair during manufacturing. After about a week of wearing them, my scalp became very inflamed and irritated. I ended up having to soak my braids and scalp with an apple cider vinegar and baking soda rinse, and then applied aloe vera to calm my scalp. After doing that, the irritation improved. Because of that experience, I would definitely recommend soaking the hair in an apple cider vinegar rinse before installing to remove the chemicals. Despite that issue, I would still purchase these again because the braids themselves are beautiful, lightweight, and easy to work with. Just make sure to prep the hair first if you have a sensitive scalp.
