Motorola Moto Razr 2023, 128GB + 8GB RAM, Vanilla Cream - Unlocked (Renewed)

Went from a $1k Pixel 8 Pro to this thing. I was looking for a smaller phone, and it seems nowadays this is the only way to do it. I LOVE it. Buying a new phone hasn't seemed like a new experience in a very long time. I love finding apps that work great on the front screen. I love the soft back so I don't have to worry about scratching it. I love the compliments I get from everyone on my "super cool phone." I'm not going to sit here and say this is the most advanced phone of all time. But its cool, and fun to use. That alone is enough of a mix up from your average phone to recommend this. Also it's only like $300, why not try it?

I am soooo happy I came to Amazon to buy another. I love these phones so when my other one broke and no one in my city would fix it this was my knight in shining armor solution. Never gonna buy a brand new phone again lol this is such a good buy. I'm happy to have a razr again. Also coverage is offered through this!

E-sim was locked by T-mobile so phone was unusable. You would think that this would have been checked prior to shipping out.

The actual phone itself once I got it all setup is great. I love smart flip phones because they fold up and are tiny in my pocket and I don't feel the need to use the phone as much. It comes with much less bloatware than the Samsung flip and it's easier to uninstall/disable than the Samsung I had before this. This phone will give you a more basic android experience if you're looking for it like I was. However, I struggled initially with this phone because the mobile network carrier setup process was so confusing and didn't work in some ways. When trying to setup my Verizon esim I got an error message on the phone to contact TMobile which made me think the phone was locked to TMobile. I couldn't do the self-service esim activation because I would get an error MULTIPLE times. When I called Verizon the first time they tried a setup and when I got the error they said the phone must be locked, I called TMobile then and they said I should just return the phone because it was probably locked (mind you they didn't even try to run the phone ID through their system, ugh). The second time I called Verizon a new agent tried something different and it worked! The only thing that worked was a QR code based setup, ASK YOUR MOBILE CARRIER TO DO THE QR CODE BASED SETUP if you are having issues. Taking off one star for the bloatware from Motorola (even though it's better than Samsung's) because it's useless and annoying to uninstall.

I got one almost a year ago to use on the Straight Talk pre-paid , and I love it so much I bought another one specifically for photos and video media-editing. The photo and video features of these Motorola Razrs are so super simple to use and navigate, they surpass the quality of my GoPro Hero 6. And more importantly, the battery lasts longer, without the need for an SD card, compact, lightweight, and I can fit 2 of these phones in my pocket folded up without my pants falling down 😆 lol. I will never go back to those massive tablet style phones again! Received in perfect, like new condition. And by having 2 of these phones, I can switch the SIM card back & forth if needed. 🤘🤘

This phone arrived in immaculate condition. It works much better than I had hoped. It has much better signal than the Samsung S22 Ultra that I had been using. Works in locations that I had NO service in before. Haven't had a Razr since the original version and I'm very happy with it again. Kind of lacks in the camera features, but I am not that displeased. New learning curve in getting used to a Motorola Smart Phone, but not TOO different or difficult. Battery life is really good as I can get a couple of days out of it. Slightly narrow compared to the Samsung, but makes it easier to handle. Feels like a decent quality phone for the money.

I give this phone a 5/5. It was honestly pretty hard to setup until I contacted T-Mobile. I don't run through T-Mobile but my regular service told me the IMEI code wasn't working so I called and they told me to just use my sim from my original phone and place it in this one.

Excellent téléphone de très bonne qualité et agréable a utiliser. C est un beau modèle plein de bonnes fonctions. Le vendeur est également très professionnel, il m a contacté immédiatement lorsque je pensais avoir un problème qui finalement c est réglé presque tout seul.
