User friendly, but unresolvable tension problems eventually made it unusable.
Since almost the begininng I've had constant tension problems and birdsnests in the bobbin holder. The plastic spool pin on top broke and there is no support to fix it. I think I bought the right replacement part, however even after taking out all the screws on the machine, can't get the engine out of its plastic encasing for any sort of repair. YouTube has no repair videos with instructions on how to get into this model, much less this specific issue of replacing a spool pin. Demos on other machines are not comparable. The price was right and it was easy to use and understand. But there's a mechanical issue (tension) that can't be overcome and I don't have the support to repair or replace parts (broken spool pin) on my own.
