I love this machine. I use it every day and it helps me exercise despite my knee issues. After having it for a year it began making a grinding noise. After numerous communications with Customer Service in an attempt to fix the issue I was unable to make the necessary fix. Customer Service then told me they would ship a replacement main component that I could switch out for the defective one. This was great news. I received a big, heavy package 5 days later. Imagine my great surprise to find they had shipped an entirely new recumbant bike. This is an excellent example of any Customer Service department to emulate. I can't thank them enough for doing everything they could to resolve this issue. This company rates a 5+++ Thank you VANSWE I can now enjoy my recumbant bike again.

Once I received and assembled the bike, I realized it was not going to work for me. I tried using it a few times, but I couldn't get into it. I'm 6' 4" and I think I was too tall for it despite inseam measurements being in range. The seat wobbled and didn't feel the most stable, but I think it could be better for someone who is shorter. I agree with other reviews stating that this bike doesn't have much resistance. So, if you are seeking a bike with higher resistance, I would look elsewhere. Overall, the bike is sturdy enough and looks nice, but not for me. After discussing with the seller, they graciously agreed to provide a full refund. Initially, it was only going to be a partial refund. However, I did still have to pay to ship it back to the seller. Shipping was quite expensive. I wouldn't buy this bike if you are on the fence and think you may need to return it.

Great product for a Senior. Seat cushion is thick. Item is quiet so does not disturb others. Has 8 levels, so plenty levels to choose from. Had an issue with the product within 30 days. There was a loud noise coming from the peddles. Seller corrected it immediately, and were easy to work with. Answered questions within a day.

Decent price Easy to assemble Step through design Sit level and seat is comfortable Design could have been better for the back wire and instructions should have had a notice to pull the wire through or something. If you don't and you adjust the seat forward the back wire comes unplugged. For our use not an issue, we don't use the electronics. This is a good choice for later in age and knee replacement riders. Once we received the bike, I assembled it without any problem. Instructions are clear and I was amazed at the quality of this bike. I have used it for 1 hour straight and the seat is very comfortable and the bike does not wobble! My wife has knee issues and loves it. She has used it twice on the no resistance mode for 1 hour each time without pain! She can peddle comfortably and exercise the upper body at the same time without holding the handles. It is a very sturdy bike, good quality and good price, do not hesitate to buy it!
