Different from what I'm used to, but welcome.
This Cecemed Manuka Anti-Dandruff & Oily Hair Shampoo seems to be part of a system that includes a scalp serum, but I only ordered the Shampoo. It would've been nice to have at least a sample of the serum since their instructions state to make use of both. Either way, I decided to try it out with my regular conditioner and hope for the best.First of all, this has a handful of ingredients I'm not used to compared to other anti-dandruff shampoos I've had in the past. Instead of being packed with medicated ingredients, this has loads of natural ingredients like rosemary, arnica, manuka leaf and nettle exracts and more. The formula itself is a light gel, that's the color of honey and works up a light, gentle lather on the scalp. The floral and rosemary scent isn't too strong, and rather welcome as normally, I can't stand the smell of rosemary in hair products. Either way, I let it sit for a few minutes, it washed out nicely and left my scalp feeling nourished, soothed and fresh. At the moment, I'm still very interested in trying out the Cecemed scalp lotion for added benefits, but so far it seems to be working as directed and I haven't had any adverse reactions.

Expensive shampoo with no proof of effectiveness and no active ingredients
Yes, it's shampoo and it cleaned my hair well. The scent is pleasant and similar to what you would find in a nice hotel. Like a beige-painted wall. But I simply cannot believe the hair loss claims. There is no active ingredient, nor any proof that what in it does anything as promised beyond getting your hair clean. But, so does a huge bottle of bargain-basement Suave.Meh.⭐️1 star — I don't recommend it at all, poor quality.⭐️⭐️ 2 stars — I don't recommend it: has multiple faults, or a very high price.⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 stars — It's passable: it has some faults, but the quality is ok for what it is.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 stars — Product quite acceptable, and it does what it promises.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars — Product that I totally recommend.

Not good
Did not reduce my dandruff at all

Meh...
It did get rid of my dandruff. But, it left my hair dry, dull, and lifeless, while somehow making my scalp more oily.

Good shampoo for damaged hair, but no effective hair growth ingredients
I like this shampoo for its cleaning and hair strengthening properties. The ingredients are pretty gentle and include some well accepted ingredients for strengthening hair and reducing breakage, so it should help reduce hair loss. I was also hoping this would promote hair growth, since one of the photos shows a man who has increased growth over a formerly bald area. I checked the ingredients for any that have been clinically shown to increase hair growth, as there are a lot of ingredients that are sold as hair growth ingredients that lack valid research to verify that claim. This has several botanical ingredients, but nothing I could recognize as an effective hair growth ingredient, not even rosemary leaf oil which would have been a good one. I still like this - it has a pleasant fragrance and is good for my hair so hopefully it will break less and be less frizzy - but if you want hair growth I don't think this would be the best choice.
