It's made of metal, strong metal hinges, metal case, back lit keyboard. this is a tough computer
I love it! finally a laptop computer that made to use, not made of cheap plastic that breaks at the hinges and screen and keyboard. This Dell Latitude 5520 was built for business, not cheap ass plastic. I had to down load windows 11 again but no big deal. Its great to have a solid well made laptop in my lap again. I would highly recommend these reconditions business machines to anyone.

When I bought this I knew it was a step down from my previous system but knew it would meet all my needs… along with better suited to my budget. After a bit of re-learning on my end, I’ve realized it’s doing an incredible job of being a good match for me

El estado tan bueno y la capacidad de la bateria
El equipo llegó en excelente estado, se nota que el proveedor se preocupó por darle la limpieza y mantenimiento adecuado, la batería reporta 100% de capacidad, si bien eso puede ser una lotería me parece que tiene que ver con la calidad que esta empresa está dando a su equipo para la venta.

Refurbished with no Quality Control from reseller.
Purchased 4 of these and only 1 worked as it should. I realize they are refurbished, but the QC is trash with this reseller. Sent random power supplies that were not adequate for the laptops. Received warnings when turned on and plugged in. Two of the 4 only worked if the laptop was tilted at an angle.

Yes. This was exactly what I needed. I had to replace the power cord but the laptop is doing everything I needed.
