It's good when you do not want to condition your hair after shampoo. If you do a lot of styling on hair, this product will prevent hair damage and also helps in repair. It makes hair soft and shiny, with a nice after scent. Got it on a value deal.

Causes Headaches when you leave on overnight
Posting this review after sometime of using this product. It perhaps does make hair softer or no significant impact to hair quality. However a very negative impact of the product is that if you keep it overnight you wake up with headache. Initially I couldn't connect it to this but then I observed also to isolate the cause and can say that using this product causes headaches for me. Not sure why. Please use with caution.
