Great lip balm/gloss for Covergirl Outlast, Maybelline SuperStay, and L'Oreal Pro-Last
I've been using the Covergirl Outlast Topcoat as a lip balm/gloss for years. It works very well for three paint-on lip colours that I know of; Covergirl Outlast (which is what it's meant for), but also Maybelline SuperStay and L'Oreal Pro-Last, which are both similar products to the Covergirl Outlast. Even just by itself without any lip colour, it's a great balm/gloss. Being a big of a "chap stick" addict, I gloss my lips throughout the day many times. This Topcoat is the only kind I'm aware of that will not strip away the colour from any of the above three paint-on lip colours. However, be sure you wait until the lip colour is COMPLETELY DRY before you apply the Topcoat! If the base colour is still not fully dried, the Topcoat will still pull some of it off, so definitely be sure it's dry. Great product, and though a little pricey the tubes last for quite a long time in spite of my frequent use. :)
