Great product. Handy when you donโt feel like going to a gym and more versatile than resistance bands. Very fast delivery by the seller too.

This model comes with strong tension so is sufficiently challenging for a strong trainer. Its 33" length is suitable for anyone with shorter arms. Wish it had come with a carrying case. Otherwise a good buy.
