I really like these, it does a great job. I’ve used others but for me, this is the best choice. The interesting thing is that I can’t find them at a local pharmacy. I’m so glad I came across them through Amazon.

My dentist wanted me to start cleaning my tongue and gave me a piece of plastic with teeth on it. When I had surgery on my hand and could no longer do a 2 handed cleaning, I bought this. It works extremely well. I like that it has a rubber "scrubbing" side and a harder plastic squeegee" side.

Ok so real talk, wearing a mask during the covid19 pandemic has given me a shocking reaiization: my breathe stinks. I decided to try tongue scraping to help combat this issue. Holy shit. This brush works SO well. The bristles are extremely comfortable to use, not pokey and their even length and stiffness makes them perfect for brushing your tongue. I used to try brushing with a manual toothbrush or with my electric sonicare but neither were pleasant to use on the tongue and didn't seem to get the job done. This brush? With just a few seconds of tongue brushing you can see a visible difference on my tongue and my tongue feels and tastes SOOOOOO much better. I almost can't believe it. How did I go so long ignoring tongue hygiene? I have been using this for about a week now and I actually look forward to using it. It's such a satisfying refreshing feeling. I knocked off 1 star for two reasons, even though i think the product is amazing. Half a star off for the scraper side. This side is hard plastic that is molded into two rows of waves, meant for scraping after using the brush. I find this scraper very uncomfortable, actually painful. Even if I don't scrape hard, it feels like it isn't really doing its job and it is a bit sharp. I decided to order a simple stainless steel scraper to use in companion with the brush side of this product. That combination works well but I wish I only needed on product. If this product had a smooth scraper instead of the sharp/jagged wavy one it would be better. Half a star off for the color and handle shape. I am not a fan of the dark magenta mine came in, but color is whatever. Mainly the handle is a bit lackluster. Not particularly comfortable and it comes to a narrow point at the bottom that makes it a bit odd to grasp and is not very aesthetically pleasing. Bottom line though? For a few bucks you can drastically improve your oral hygiene. It's easy to use and satisfying. One of my best amazon purchases of the year.

My teeth cleaning habits never included brushing my tongue, but one day I was looking at my tongue and it looked like there was a bit of a white film covering it. I tried brushing it with my toothbrush, but the improvement was minimal. I heard of tongue scrapers so I hopped on amazon to see what was available. What I found was a ton of options...tongue scrapers and brushes, specialty tongue cleaning liquids. I went with this product because it is both a brush and scraper. I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase. It has made a huge difference in my oral health (well I'm not sure about health, but at least in appearance and feel). I was really excited to use this scraper once it arrived. I admit I was a little disappointed after my first use because my tongue didn't immediately become pink. However, after a few days of rigorous tongue scraping/brushing that is exactly what happened! My tongue is now a pretty pinky red. In addition, the taste inside my mouth is much better (and by better I mean, outside of eating, it doesn't really taste like anything). My mouth just has a generally better feel to it...it's difficult to describe. I wouldn't say I used to go around with a bad taste in my mouth (thank god) it just feels/tastes cleaner now. You'd be amazed at how dirty a tongue really can be...I don't want to be gross, but I want to describe it just a bit. So, I drink coffee every morning, then I shower and brush my teeth...after brushing is when I use the tongue scraper...despite just having brush my teeth and rinsed my mouth, the scraper removes coffee colored residue from my tongue (it generally takes a few passes over my tongue until the saliva being scraped from my tongue is clear). Just think, all those years I thought that my mouth was clean because I brushed my teeth, when in actuality, gross coffee (or whatever else I eat/drink) was still clinging to my tongue. Now I'm freaking out...did I have bad breath??!? No one ever said as much, but then would someone really say something...I mean, I would never tell anyone (other than a really close friend or family member) that their breath was bad. I think that grime probably builds up on our tongue over time, that is probably why it took me a couple days to get my tongue back to being pretty pink. But this also has its advantages...once your tongue is clean, it wont become all gross overnight if you forget to use your scraper. I went on a vacation and forgot that I don't have a scraper in my travel kit, I was disappointed, but noticed that my tongue stayed a nice pink throughout the week I was gone...the white film didn't return overnight as I worried it would (I was brushing my tongue with my toothbrush). In conclusion: this tongue scraper has become a permanent staple of my oral hygiene routine. Using this tongue scraper will give you much more confidence...it will have you mouth looking, feeling (and likely smelling) cleaner in no time.

Excellent product. I use this tongue cleaner with another steel tongue cleaner for maximum results. GUM has great dental products. I recommend trying out their "End-Tough" toothbrush as well.

It’s amazing. Don’t think. Just buy. Do it. You know you want to. Don’t worry it’s the equivalent of a meal deal, not even an hours work… just do it. In short, I have tried an unholy number of ways to clean my tongue as a smoker who often gets nasal drip from sinus infection (TMI I apologise)… my tongue never cleans properly no matter what I use or how I use it. THIS WORKS WONDERFULLY. Affordable. Comfortable (gag reflex not activated). Easy to use. Kind of reminds of window cleaners the way it brushes with the paste and then scrapes clean with the other side. Great fun, I recommend.
