staple for adding to healthy protein/fat "desserts" (ie cottage cheese cheese cake cups)
In short: crispy, light, fresh. Well packaged. Pleasant flavor. No weird taste (to me). I could use more spice, but it works for my needs (crumbling over keto cheesecake). 3 cookies to a packet. I already have another order going in. ------------------------------------ I accidentally found myself engaging in keto based diet. I say accidentally because at first I was just increasing healthy foods and reducing less healthy foods. But I wasnt noticing changes in bloodwork. I then decided to reduce refined carbs a little, then a lot, and now I am --without much effort--, consuming maybe 40 net carbs per day. Way easier onceI began to boost protein, fat, and fiber. The majority of my usual carbs slipped away because I just didnt have appetite for it. Food noise diminished. Big changes in my body followed quickly. Cool! Love reinforcement like that. So while I dont have a sweet tooth since this change, I am keen on a little creative protein and fat use. I saw someone make a parfait/icecream/cheesecake of the sort using blended up cottage cheese (blend until smooth), then they added a little (like, just 1-2 strawberries), a smidge of sweetener (I used a little monk fruit), and then topped with 1.5 of these cookies. Each pack contains 3, so just half a pack. Then placed in fridge or freezer for a few minutes to firm up. It produced a cheesecake like vibe. I sometimes add a little strawberry extract to boost the strawberry flavor. Maybe they did too. Whatever, it was delightful. And was easy way to boost my fiber, protein, and fat. Anyway, I looked up this product right away. Read up on it, and proceeded to buy a pack. I have had "keto" products in the past, and overall I didnt care for them. They seem to taste best when actually on a keto diet (or something approximate to) as I swear tastebuds change. But when not eating like that, it tastes weird. Well, I tried these about 2 weeks into the change over, and I find them fantastic. I wouldnt mind a little more "spice", but I think they have a neat flavor. I would eat these whether I was dieting or not. I really just use them to add a little texture and flavor to the cottage cheese "dessert". I dont eat it every day, so a pack of these will last me a long time. I normally use half a pack, but even a full pack doesnt add much. I really didnt want to get into desserts, no matter how low carb, but some of the stuff I see now (compared to years ago) looks and sounds so good. This brand has A LOT of options, and the prices arent too shabby (not that I rate on price). I may get some of their marshmallows and try it out using a pack of these cookies to make a sort of "smore:. ------------------------------------------- OK, so does it raise blood sugar? I dont know. I am looking to get a continuous glucose monitor. I do have a regular monitor but I have been remiss in using it. Perhaps I will update if I ever think to test before and after eating this. As I learn more about "sugars" and hidden sugars and other ingredients that could spike insulin levels (I am prediabetic, and it is with this that changes were happening), I learned that everyone is different. So monitoring is good. But something may raise it for one person, but not at all for another. Another thing is how often someone eats and what all they are eating at the time. I prefer to "wrap" my foods in protein and fat when and where possible. I doubt I would eat this plain, as a snack. Instead it is part of a larger meal, at the end. I eat 2x a day, no snacking. Every single time anything goes in the mouth, the body activates insulin. So I keep that in mind One thing to generally avoid is maltodextrin, especially corn fiber based. Tapioca based isnt as "bad". SO I looked at this and saw "soluble corn fiber dextrin", and wondered if that was going to be an issue. I asked the web for the difference between this and maltodextrin, and I was pleased to see that, "Soluble corn fiber (resistant dextrin) is a non-digestible, prebiotic fiber that has a low impact on blood sugar levels, unlike maltodextrin, a highly processed starch that acts like sugar in the body. The primary difference is digestibility: resistant dextrin is designed to bypass digestion and provide fiber benefits, while maltodextrin is broken down into glucose, providing quick energy but raising blood sugar. Resistant dextrin also has fewer calories and helps regulate blood sugar and improve gut health, making it suitable for low-carb diets, whereas maltodextrin is higher in calories and can cause blood sugar spikes". Lots more details, so if you want to know more use this search: "soluble corn fiber resistant dextrin vs maltodextrin"

Great Tasting Keto Cookies Even If They Arrive Broken
These have quickly become my wife’s favorite keto friendly snack, and I can see why. The flavor is really good, and the freshness has been consistent every time we’ve ordered them. They have that classic spiced cookie taste without the added sugar, which is hard to find. I also like the thinness of the cookies. They have a nice texture that makes them easy to snack on without feeling too heavy. The quantity in each box is decent as well, especially considering they are a specialty gluten-free product. One thing to note is a bit of fragility during shipping. We have had a few boxes show up a little smashed, and some cookies were broken. That said, it really doesn’t affect the taste, and we still end up enjoying them the same. Overall, they are great value for money if you are looking for a low sugar, gluten-free treat that actually tastes good.

Delicious Flavor!
These sugar free, gluten free cookies are my new go to for when I’m craving something sweet! They have the best flavor and a delicious texture, which is important when in comes to anything gluten free. I also love that they are individually wrapped. There are 3 per pack. Crush them up and use for mini pie crusts, sprinkle them over a cottage cheese dessert, dunk them in almond milk. The ideas are endless! I definitely recommend these! They are like graham crackers with more flavor!

Good gluten free/sugar free desert
Pretty good for gluten -free and no sugar! I enjoyed these thin, crispy, flavor-full cookies! They are versatile to be eaten plain or used in recipes. Not a great value for your money but gluten free is always more expensive. One pack of cookies is the perfect size to squelch your sugar cravings. My only caveat is that there is a bit of a strange texture that comes with these, not a deal breaker...just not like regular windmill cookies.

ChocZero Speculoos Cookies - Keto Review
Ordered these last night and received them first thing this morning. Had a pack with my morning coffee. There are 3 cookies per pack, only 120 calories total, with 11g total carbs and 8g fiber, making just 3g net carbs per pack — only 1g net carb per cookie. Very crisp with great flavor. Went perfect with my coffee. If you’re watching carbs or calories, these are a great treat!

I'd rate these 100 stars if I could
These cookies are so delicious. I'm a Type 2 diabetic so I have to be very careful with my diet. I decided to pull the trigger on these to make a better version of the viral Japanese cheesecake that everyone keeps altering into a big back version. I have found that 1 packet of these and 1 of the personal sized (5oz) cups of Oikos Pro vanilla Greek yogurt is absolutely next level. The first bite had me speaking like Gollum and calling it The Precious. The size is just right at 3 cookies per individual packet with 10 packets per box. They're very fresh and crisp, with the cookies being an excellent dupe for Lotus. I love that Choc Zero is making all my favorite treats, but this might just be their best one yet. Insanely addictive with none of the sugar. Oh yeah, these are also very high in fiber, too, so there's that extra benefit, as well. To those that find them expensive, considering all the dietary boxes it checks (0 sugar, 2g protein, 8g fiber, only 120 cal), I'd say they're a bargain. I've been raving about these on social media since I bought them, so it's a given that I'd recommend them.

Good Product, Poor packaging
I bought these because they are Keto-friendly and gluten free. As you would expect from a gluten-free cookie, they tend to be hard, dry and crumbly; not overly sweet and thicker than I thought they would be. A serving size is three cookies and they are packaged in individual servings for freshness. They are a good size for dipping in milk or coffee. What I didn't expect was for them to arrive crushed. I could only use half of the product. Every cookie was broken and some were rendered to crumbs. If they were better packaged for shipping, this would be a 5-star.

Closest sugar and gluten free thing I’ve tasted to a biscoff!
Here’s my honest review of these Choc Zero Speculoos cookies. Please note, they are made with nuts. I gave them 5 stars not simply based on taste. The effort alone to put into something that tastes good that’s actually made sugar and gluten free is great.. You have a decent little Cooke crunch that melts in your mouth with a nice lightly spiced flavor. No sugar alcohols to make you gassy either. Are they giving the buttery cookie taste and texture that you may be use too, nope! However they are the closest tolerable thing to a biscoff biscuit I’ve ever had and they taste good! They are also versatile enough to use in replacement to a gram cracker crust. You want to make a no bake pumpkin pie, cheese cake or parfait this is your crust. You get 10 servings per box (30 cookies). They come wrapped in pre portioned serving sizes (3 cookies) for easy snack packing, travel and portion control. I find one pack to be perfectly satisfying. They are fresh and can be enjoyed with tea, milk and even apple cider or juice. The downside is if you are expecting it to taste like a regular cookie it will let you down and give you what others describe as a cardboard taste/texture. If you keep an open mind you will be pleasantly surprised. The packaging also could be better. These cookies are expensive but the packaging itself doesn’t represent that. The box is thin and cheap ripping very easily and there’s no cushioning like a plastic cradle to keep them from breaking. In my opinion that’s really the worst of it.
