The support I have received from Parkers is woeful and I warn all potential buyers to avoid them like the plague

From the reviews I have read elsewhere the Dahon Qix 2016 is a first rate folding bicycle; unfortunately I have no idea how accurate these reviews are because when I order this item I actually received the Dahon EEZZ Alloy (see attached image). To compound my problems having contacted Parkers of Bolton they ARE not the seller for this item, in spite of the clear indication that they are. The support I have received from Parkers is woeful and I warn all potential buyers to avoid them like the plague!
