Can’t really say much as all dependant upon foot pain/problem. These pads didn’t help my metatarsalgia but that doesn’t mean it won’t help for someone else… Pads good quality for the price.

Good quality but not for me

Everyones Feet are different and while a lot of people found these helpful for me however these Metatarsal Pads didn’t help me and I found they were uncomfortable. Although they seemed well made, extremely adhesive and did not lose there shape, I ended up going for a different shaped product for another brand that suited my needs
