I purchase these for a better option to get my biotin and collagen daily. 60 Gummies come in this cute container and they last me about a month which is very reasonable based on the price point. They have an amazing taste kind of reminds me of peach, I actually look forward to taking these every day. I have noticed side effects of quicker nail growth, a little better sleep and my eyebrows look thicker! They are about the size of a dime, and contain organic products, which was something I was looking for in a collagen. A little extra, I like to display them in my room because the packaging is so cute creative.

These gummies have certainly been beneficial in reducing hair loss, which I've experienced during the postpartum phase, along with hair thinning and very weak, brittle nails that would often break and sometimes bleed even when slightly grown. They have truly revitalized my nails and hair. The gummies are delicious and presented in charming packaging. They have an appealing aroma, and while their very chewy texture can sometimes make eating them a bit tiring due to the amount of chewing required, they are otherwise wonderful. The only recurring issue, as others have noted, is that they tend to stick together. They often form a large clump at the bottom of the container, necessitating vigorous shaking and the use of a chopstick to separate them. Despite this minor inconvenience, I wholeheartedly recommend these to anyone seeking healthier nails and hair. The added benefit of glowing skin is a delightful bonus!

Honestly so good and I feel like the price point may seem steep but it is a bit worth it. They taste great and I feel like my skin was even glowier than usual.
