Nice and sharp

I've been using this knife for about a month and I can say this thing is solid. The edge is clean and sharp. Very well balanced knife. I see a lot of negative reviews about this knife not being Japanese made. This knife is a Chinese made. It says it very clear in the description. It's a Japanese style knife. Overall this thing cuts with ease, yucca, potatoes, lemongrass, and so on. This thing is a solid buy for the price.

For the price it might be a 5. I think spine is a bit thick but is difficult to find a good Santoku without a granton grind

I returned due to poor quality.

For the price, I doubt you can find a knife with the same hardness rating, however, the fake damascus and hammer marks make it seem pretty cheap for a 7 layer knife.

Beat the arrival time as noted by Amazon. Make in China. Knife is very sharp. Good balance.

Das Messer entsprach nicht den Wünschen, was jedoch nichts mit der Qualität zu tun hat. Um es so einzusetzen wie gewünscht , sollte die Spitze eine Welle aufweisen, so das ein Wiegeschnitt möglich ist. Das heist das Messer muss an der Spitze nach oben an gerundet sein. Qualitativ ist es ein tolles Messer und wird nicht zurückgeschickt, es hat einen Liebhaber gefunden. Somit werden wir da ich persönlich auch dieses Messer verwende ein neues Messer bestellen.

Messer sieht nicht schlecht aus Verarbeitung mieß, der Griff hat scharfe Kanten am Ende, sieht sehr unsauber verarbeitet aus. An sich sollte es ja funktionieren nur leider echt nicht schön.
