consistently send the wrong one

Twice now we have ordered the hot chocolate variant and received the cold one. They do not taste the same when heated, I think the hot one is worth the extra money. Each time I have got a refund from amazon. Third time lucky, I suppose, but they are losing money each time I order it at the moment.
