Yes it does, and the SFA support team and engineers are very helpful and accommodating.BUT NOTE, if it comes with a leaflet saying 'this unit does not work with a sink' in French, send it right back as it's an unsupported French grey market model. I learned this the hard way, wasting weeks of Saniflow sending parts (saying that it would work with a sink), then engineers, then finally replacing the whole thing.

I need a toilet seat for the sanicompact 43 macerator toilet as the one delivered has been damaged by workmen. Can you help?

Where does the waste pipe go to , does it go into the sewer , or can I have it going somewhere else ?

We had ours put into the main waste pipe

Flushes itself before I've finished using it. Is it supposed to do this?

We have the same problem as well, if you pee enough the toilet flushes automatically, half way through. Bit of a waste of water because you have to flush again.
