We Love the neck pillows and use them all the time. They have just the right amount of firmness for good head a neck support. The material is soft to the touch and very comfortable to wear .

Saw Xcellent reviews so i bought 3. Me n the kids loved em, so bought a 4th for wife. But why? Well, my favorite most comfortable chair has never done me wrong, until this year. Neck hurts now everytime i sit in it. But with this pillow... Not anymore. Has the perfect amount of plush cushioning. 3 button snaps choose how tight u want it around the neck. Comes with sleep mask and earplugs. All around great pillow. I use it specifically for home watching tv in my favorite chair. Hope u enjoy it as much as I do!

I ordered two of these neck pillows. The black one had an inner cover that contained the memory foam insert. The gray one has no covering over the memory foam. The description clearly says that there is an inner cover. Amazon description: (High Quality Memory Foam: The airplane neck pillow is filled with high-quality memory foam, making it soft and able to effectively alleviate neck pain during travel. The memory foam is covered with a lining to protect it from getting dirty and oxidized. Note: Do not wash or expose the foam; simply place it in a well-ventilated area.
