I am well impressed. My tub came with circle tabs of tape either side which do not peel off. I got a sharp little knife & scored the lid join of the tape & it came off with a wiggle, no problem. I like the texture which is a little rougher than fine salt. Not for a grinder, but this texture is good for sprinkle & adding to cooking. I think it tastes nice & I used the same amount as regular salt & cannot really tell the difference. I bought it because I have high blood pressure as does my other half but we are foodies so want at least a little salt. I think it is pricey, but will buy again. Please make much bigger tubs.

Excellent product

This is my third purchase of Pinchful salt! It tastes great and has a lovely feel when using it. It has all the flavour of the best sea salts with the added benefit of lower sodium. Looks great on the kitchen counter too!

Item received in a good size branded container. I like the branding and name of the product and since opening ours has been used regular to add to food whilst cooking and as a garnish for chips mainly. My honest opinion is that despite liking the product I feel let down by the lack of salty taste. I thought you would really taste something different and give chips that real WOW factor however for some reason we find it remarkably bland and a lack of flavour and taste. Its considerably more expensive than a tub of salt so not great value but I do appreciate the artisan nature of the product. I just wish it gave that salty hit that I really expected to have but just feel it misses the spot for my palette.

Great product the salt is amazing. Can’t give a 5* as the packaging is impossible to open. I’ve ordered 3 now. I’m a strong young man. If I can’t open it how the hell can older generations or people With joint/muscle get inside. It’s 10x harder to open than a stubborn glass jar! I have to cut open with a knife. Making the salt impure with pieces of cardboard. Would give a 5* without a doubt if the packaging was corrected !

A friend put me onto this for the health benefits and I was a bit sceptical about the flavour, but it tastes great (well I can’t taste the difference with sea salt) and it has a nice natural texture. Definitely buying again.

Good sea salt value for the money and good quality

Impossible to open, sent back. Had to use a knife, but it wouldn't budge. Shame, I would have liked to try it for health reasons. But unfortunately, I wasn't prepared to lose a finger!
