I have had this scooter for a long time and I love it!! I’m a full-time student and a full-time worker but due to my seizure condition I am not allowed to drive so I bought this scooter in hopes to get me to point A to point B and it does the job!!! The lights on the front are amazing and the lights on the pole are very bright and very noticeable for when I ride in the dark. For the first long ride, the battery died on me but the longer I used the battery for a long ride, the more the scooter got used to it. It’s not as light weight as my old scooter so I wouldn’t recommend taking it onto a bus. Folding it is a struggle but i’m highly in situations where I need to fold it. At the end of the day, I am in love with the scooter!

Very bad buy, front lights and break light are not function in use of less then 2 months . I’m relying on this scooter to commute to work, but it is so unsafe on my way back from work without lights in the evening! Once it gets safety issues, this should not be a qualified product for sale. After reporting the lights problem, I was taking this video 3 days later , this scooter even broke down on the road by the time I reaching to the 3rd intersection on my way to work! The rear wheel seemed to be holding, making it completely not move! it’s so so disappointing that I have only been having this scooter for 2 months, as you can see from my video, it’s still new, but already not able to be use! First of all was front light not functioning, and then found out that the break light was not working properly , and then rear wheel was not moving , too much problem!

My son received this scooter for his 11th birthday and picked it out specifically for all the bells and whistles. He loves the speed, lights and suspension. The trunk and seat are removable. After a few months the mode would not change out of first or go faster than 10mph. I contacted Ruitoo directly and they were very responsive with their communication. They have offered to send a new part to hopefully fix the issue. I will update the review once the part has been received and the issue is resolved.

Just got it..rides gra8 fast and the battery life last a long time...but it's still new so give it a couple of months that's when the review really counts.

Rides good on flat surfaces, Not great off-road. Not bad on trails. Wish I would have got the dual-motor, but this does okay for running my dog, and what I need it for. It's really a good set-up. I like it a lot! I think I would like a little faster take-off.

1500 miles owned for a year this scooter is great only issue are bushings for the rear arm get ripped easily I'd buy another one

With these scooters, I am learning that it's actually more important that you stay with a known brand. This scooter was bought as a gift. It was fun from December 2025 to February 2026 and then there started to be issues with the rear tire. The rear tire was replaced but unfortunately, we were ripped off at the scooter repair place we went to, as he could not find exact tire width wise and the "mickey mousing" did not work. I tried communicating with the seller to see if they offered a direct replacement through them. The only response was, "Hello, thank you for your reply. We currently have replacement tires available for sale. The front wheel of our MPro electric scooter uses an 8-inch tire, while the rear wheel uses a 10-inch tire. I would be happy to assist you further and look forward to your response." Then, later, when trying to confirm again all details for the tire, the response was, "Hello, thank you for your reply again. The front tires are 11-inch, and the rear tires are 10-inch. Looking forward to your reply." Use the money and go with a name brand company. A $550 item that was fun just for a few short months with parts and service getting a F grade, it's much better to use that money and just get something for a tad more and even about the same if you not worried about going 30+.... 20 Miles per hour for a scooter is actually more than enough. Segway has options. I will be kind of nice and give 2 stars since the product was indeed fun for those short months in service. Honestly, I didn't expect longevity for 2+ years but for $550, I expected to get a fun, reliable 12 months out of the product. If you still debating, get the amazon extended warranty for sure. I didn't :(

I bought 2 of these about 7 months ago, I have since had to replace both throttle boxes, a rear tire (that still goes flat), a kick stand and now one of them the wires aren’t connecting correctly making inoperatable. We have had nothing but issues after about the 4 month mark with things breaking. Highly advise not to purchase this unless you want continuous fixing them, only good thing is replacement pieces are cheap (hence why they break)
