So much faster than pressure canning

Great size. Ordered a aluminum one and it was not as sturdy. Ordered this and it worked perfectly for canning a lot of tomatoes, salsa, pickles etc. I also have pressure canner but wanted somethign faster for those foods approved for steam canning

ordered this and when i received it, the paperwork said not to use on induction oven,but, if you go to the site it says it is okay to use on an induction over. which is it??????
