Garden of Life is my go to brand for supplements. I’m in my mid 50s so brain health is becoming more important.

This vitamin has more array of vitamins than any other"brain vitamin" I've taken. I have noticed an increase in energy, focus and attention. I'm going to rebuy it I think it works great so far!

I am very familiar with garden of life's supplements since I have taken them throughout the years. This one seems to be more than a brain health supplement as it also includes ingredients that are healthy for eyes and probiotics for a healthy digestive system. The capsules are easy for me to swallow. I haven't really noticed a dramatic difference yet, but for me it can take a while before I notice anything when trying certain supplements. The price is a bit spendy, but most of garden of life supplements are a little on the higher priced side.

Excellent product. Noticed improvement in mental clarity and focus at work...demanding job of nursing in a hospital 12-13hr shifts often wothout breaks. This makes a difference for me taking it daily.

I feel a difference with these, more alert and less brain fog.

Gave me a headache every time I took it, so I had to throw them out. Bummer

I was excited to try out this woman’s brain and health vitamin. The bottle claims that it will improve focus, energy, and supplement your brain. I like the idea that everything was organic and fermented from fruits and vegetables. Unfortunately, my body did not like this product; within 15 minutes of taking the product I became really itchy as if I was having an anaphylactic reaction and my body actually passed out. I slept for nine hours after taking this as if my body just couldn’t process and digest the foods and chemicals in this capsule. Maybe you’ll have a better reaction and response to this but I’ve never had an anaphylactic reaction to anything in my life before. The only thing I’m allergic to is shrimp, and no where on the label does it say shrimp… All supplements aren’t required to get tested you never know know if there is shrimp in it or something, but my body did not respond well to this. You can literally put anything in a bottle, slap a label on it and sell it the next day. I could crush up milk and put it in a brain supplement and serve it to Amazon tomorrow and nobody would know the difference. I’m not sure what’s in these but as a reviewer, I had to be honest and report my reaction.
