Check to see if it is fully charged if not fully charge before use.
I bought for my wife's 2010 Honda Pilot 3.5 liter V-6 engine as soon as you put clams on dead battery . The time it takes to get in car & start it fired right up. I can't start her suv that fast with my suv & we have used it four times so far it is steal showing a full charge it said you should get 15 - 20 jumps before you need to charge again.

Voltometer?
Received the product yesterday. Seems sturdy, well packaged, charged quickly. Haven't had the need to use it yet. My one question concerns the "Intelligent Clamps" that are mentioned in the product manual. They refer to a voltometer that is apparently built into the unit. Mine doesn't seem to have that. Is that on option on a different model, or am I just not seeing it?

The size of this item was just what my husband had been looking. He is able to use this item on 94 GMC Pickup and a 93 Dodge Dakota. He is very pleased.

Safety
I bought this to replace our POD charger that blow up and almost burnt me. POD wasn't going to take any responsibility for the default or any of the nonsafety that wasn't there to make sure the car battery didn't go into the charger. They Are Responsible and they do care about their customers. That's why I bought it from them and I couldn't be happier.

Must have for winter weather-Worth the price
This battery jump-starter was easy to use, and came in handy when the recent polar vortex came to Indiana. My cars battery didn't want to start when the wind chill was -40, but this little battery coaxed it into starting anyway. The product came 75% charged, which is much appreciated. Came quick from seller, and comes in a durable nylon carrying case.

Easy to use
I charged it and then used it to jump my dead battery on my suv. Worked fast and easy!! Much easier than jumper cables and didn't have to have anyone help me. Drove the suv to buy new battery.... the shop tested the battery and said it was bad. He was impressed that this worked too.
