Good product, Part of my Daily Regimen !!!
I just added this product to my daily regimen. I am a 63 yr old, as we age and as our foods we eat do not have the nutrients they once had. I have my own regimen for me and I believe it is working, I feel better, I see slight changes for the better, I will keep this product for my everyday regimen!!!!

I swear by this stuff! If I run out and dont get for a couple of weeks, I get sick. This stuff works as long as you take it consistently.

The vitamin is good so far. I feel much better in my body when it comes to absorbing my energy now, I feel energized during the day at work, strange I haven’t done physical exercise in about a year and now I am back again on my regular exercise! Advice; take your vitamins with food .

Good supplement for the Money !
Personally I love that it has all the supplements in one pill. The size isn't too bad either. The price is good, I still have to balance out each supplement again to verify if they measure up to what I was taking. But so far so good!
