I recently bought the Compression Knee Sleeves for Weightlifting, and they have been a game-changer for my workouts! The support and stability they provide are incredible, allowing me to lift heavier weights with confidence. The compression helps reduce knee pain and swelling, making my recovery much faster. They fit perfectly and stay in place throughout my entire workout. I purchased my first pair in March 2021. They made a big difference for my knees when doing squats (I am a woman in my late 50s and just do a functional weight of a 65 pound front squat). I thought that perhaps they would be losing some compressive force over the years so purchased a new pair in January 2024. I was quite pleased to discover that there was no difference in the compression! I have a front loading washing machine and toss them in after each use, then let them air dry. It is easiest to put them on while they are inside out and upside down: slide them over your foot and up the calf to where the bottom of the sleeve should be, then roll the top edge up over your knee. I still use my old pair when outside in the early spring or late fall doing yardwork to keep my knee joints warm; and they also help with repeated squatting down and standing back up.

I am a 5’10, 285lbs guy who has previously torn his ACL and MCL. I’ve tried so many knee sleeves I essentially have had to designate a quarterly budget item for them. Not anymore. I bought the 7mm thick boys in XL, and the support has alleviated pain in my knee and given me confidence to start squatting again. I have not once, experienced I sleeve rolling up. This is after 15 minute bike warmup, 45 minute workout and a 5 minute stretch 3x per week. I’ve even golfed in it and I’m able to get some distance back off the tee due to the support. I can push off my left on follow through and it’s a confident feeling. Thanks! I think I’ll get the 5mm ones for more mobility in cardio as I continue to lose weight.

Good sleeves to use during leg exercises. The sleeves stay snug, provide compression, and hold their shape throughout workouts. My main con is that they are not very durable. Mine started coming apart by the stitching with under a year of use and using them once weekly. I contacted Rocktape and they send me a free replacement under warranty. Great customer service!

I'm over 60 and love to hike, go to the gym, skate etc. These are a life saver for doing leg work at the gym, inclined leg presses make my knee feel unstable, this product really help. They are not for walking or running, at least I think they would be uncomfortable at least the thicker ones would be. The compression of these is much tighter than the usual knee pads you can buy for $10. They are composed of several pieces of neoprene that are stitched to make a rugged compression brace. People say they "break in" and get more comfortable. They can be bought in two neoprene thicknesses for support. I got the thicker ones because I was only going to use at gym. Great no complaints.

These knee sleeves were exactly what I was looking for to assist with my CrossFit workouts. I have previously always worn the thinner knee sleeves, but I noticed they weren't helping as much as I would like when it comes to protecting my knees during lunges, so I decided to look for a thicker pair. These are not only perfect for any knee to floor contact, but they help on the days when my knees are feeling a bit achy especially in the cold. They started really tight but have loosened to fit my legs perfectly over time. I would highly recommend!

I was looking for some good knee sleeves for crossfit because I have knee problem from when I used to play volleyball but, let me tell you, this product is worth a try. I bought first another brand and it didn’t fit right and it felt like I had no support. My friend mentioned to me this brand and now this is a staple in my gym bag. A truly good product. I bought a L and it provides a good support and it sticks well, it doesn’t slide off.

Habe mir die Knee Sleeves (7 mm) für das CrossFit Training bestellt. Ich nutze sie jetzt seit mehreren Monaten und bin begeistert. Die Sleeves schützen nicht nur vor blauen Flecken und anderen Verletzungen bei Lunges, sondern stabilisieren die Knie auch bei jeglicher Art von Kniebeugen. Mit fallen die Squats dadurch tatsächlich leichter, außerdem knicken die Knie nicht mehr nach innen weg. Für Übungen wie Deadlifts ziehe ich die Sleeves einfach ein Stück nach unten und so sind sie auch als eine Art "Schienbeinschoner" nutzbar. Die Sleeves fallen jedoch relativ klein aus. Man kann sie leider schwer mit Sleeves anderer Hersteller vergleichen. Bei den von Rock Tape brauche ich eine L, während bei Rehband eine M ausreichend ist. Die L sitzt immer noch relativ straff und wenn ich stark geschwitzt habe, ist es nicht einfach, die Sleeves noch hochzuziehen. Daher lieber eine Nummer größer bestellen! Die Qualität der Sleeves ist sehr gut und das Material sehr angenehm auf der Haut. Sie fangen jedoch bei regelmäßigem Gebrauch recht schnell an zu stinken.

I have never worn knee sleeves before. These seem very comfortable and provide me with with extra support I needed when doing certain lifts. Easy to slide down when I am doing circuits that include cardio exercises and they don't bother me (ie. when I am on the treadmill or rower). The part over my quads slips down a little but I would think that is normal. Quite happy with them overall.

These sleeves keep my knees warm and support them when training squata and Oly lifts. I find the sizing chart to be pretty inaccurate. I followed the instructions, however had to return because xl was too big. After using for a few months I believe the large is a little too big too. These are my first sleeves, so I know for next time to order medium.
