Nutural World - Crunchy Cashew Butter (1kg) Great Taste Award winner

Nutural World make probably the best nut butters - ever. This one is absolutely delicious - smooth, slightly creamy, that wonderful cashew flavour; plus exactly the right amount of crunch. It also comes with a proper inner foil hygiene seal, for anyone like me who's concerned that the images doesn't make this clear. Their pistachio butter is also delicious (I'm just deciding which to try next). And no, sadly, they're not paying me for this rave review - it's all true. (Although, they could always supply me with nut butter...)

Lovely crunchy and creamy

Lovely cashew butter itself however this is our 2nd purchase and both have arrived with the lid broken and product spilling out. This makes it near impossible to store and keep fresh not to mention it's pretty dodgy to eat any product with the seal broken in the first place. As always Amazon was great about refunding it though, so we'll be replacing with a new brand now instead.

Superb quality cashew butter which has a great consistency and delicious taste. One star off because the price has risen so sharply.

The texture is creamy and a little sticky in an inoffensive way, with a nice amount of crunchy bits. It has a nice clean cashew taste - mellow and subtly sweet -, but I feel it needs some salt. I added salt to it and it tasted a lot better. Sodium is a mineral, not a nasty additive. However, if they really want to continue with the 'no salt' marketing, I'd say they should either roast the cashews more, or mill the smooth part of the crunchy butter more so that it is silky smooth nut butter with crunch nut pieces inside. Overall, as someone who eats nuts by the bag and nut butters by the spoon straight out of the jar (rarely ever put nut butters on anything else, though this goes nicely on some broccoli), I'd say this is decent but nothing spectacular.
