I really wanted to give this a review so pet parents like me would benefit! My cats absolutely love this - and I do too. Works flawless, my cats drink more water and it helps me track who is drinking as the sound of the fountain starting in the automatic mode alerts me. It did take two months for both of my cats to ease into it - they didn’t use it at all for the first month, patience is key.

Usually I don’t leave a review. But this product deserves the best of reviews. Thoughtful design battery stays long enough. My cats love it. Sensor works on point, setup is really easy as well. Great water capacity, stainless steel. Planning to buy the food dispenser from the same brand. Hope that the brand introduces more products with such thought and quality.

It was good at first but now it stopped pumping. Sensor is working and filters are clean. I see the same issue in the review and i have no idea where to ask for help or troubleshoot. This is an expensive purchase for me because i was expecting more on it. I relied on it when i travelled and i was so sure my cats are safe and hydrated. Very disappointing that this happened

It’s PERFECT! easy to assemble, looks pretty modern, WORKS without a wire (chargeable)!!! My male kitten (5months) immediately started drinking from it, and veryyy soft minimum noise. Highly recommend!

We have two cats who like this fountain a lot. I never saw them drink so much before. Easy to assemble and use.

Great product. Our two cats never drank so much water as with this. Took them a week or two to approach but since then they love it. Motion sensor works great, while walking past it makes them turn head around and go drink.

Worked well for a few months, needed to be recharged every 10 days, then battery life just reduced to a few hours a day.

It had taken me a while to find a good water fountain suitable for my rabbit. I needed to find a good quality one, stainless steel and wireless. This was the best choice! It is extremely quiet you cannot even hear the pump motor over the water fall. I was scared that it would be too high or big for my rabbit but it’s a great height. It has a lot of capacity and worked and charged out the box. I cleaned it and put the motor in and worked straight away. The sensor is great as it can detect when your pet is around the fountain, nor just straight in front of it; as many pets tend to drink at weird angles this was a great attention to detail. It came extremely well packaged in a high quality presentation. It also came with one filter, a cleaning utensil and tweezers; again, of high quality. I cannot find a negative on this item. It filters out all the hair and dust that may settle and does not tip over! I would definitely recommend this item as it is quite affordable compared to other pet fountains, and gets you more than you pay for!

Overall the fountain is good, my cat drinks with no issues and it is silent enough, you can obviously hear the water dropping on the metal when on. The battery last long, I charged it overnight maybe twice since August! Big enough for my cat that drinks a lot and I can refill water now every couple of weeks. Easy to clean and it is not expensive, not even the filters are. However the three starts are because of the filter spy. It went off once and that’s it, there was no way for me to switch off that light and I change the filter monthly, very annoying! EDIT: even if I have had issue with the water fountain I have to admit that their customer service is amazing and quick. I have been advised that there a 2 years warranty which is very useful! I will use again this shop

So far, so good. It’s easy to set up, works consistently, and is easy to clean. Stanley (cat) uses it. We’ve had it a couple of months, so far it’s not needed to be recharged - of course, we’ve changed the water appropriately. Filters aren’t hideously expensive - one of the reasons I bought this one. Delighted so far.

Waste of money. The water flow options are unnecessarily complicated. On top of that, the options stopped working after few months. There is no way to replace the sensor module as well. One of the reasons, i purchased it was that it was 'easy to clean' - it is absolutely not.

Great water fountain. My cats love it and my oldest cat is definitely drinking more than she was. It is quiet and easy to clean, with good battery life. The only point for consideration is the placement of the power button! My youngest cat enjoys standing on it when she drinks and turns it off!
