in the beginning these worked really well- however lately they seem to work for like 2 hours, then wide awake- not sure why- might have built up a tolerance?

I'm on prescription sleep medicine but I don't like to rely on those so I use these gel cap kind to supplement unless it's a night I take the prescription ones. These are great! They put me to sleep easily and I have tried every kind of sleep aid brand out there. There is alot in the bottle, 220 pills that are 50 MG. So these are very good value for the price and are much cheaper than getting the unisom brand name ones. These are exactly like those and work just as well. I think the gel capsules are better than the regular pill form ones that are usually found in the 25 MG. They work faster and better in my opinion. These give you an excellent sleep and don't make you groggy when waking up, you feel refreshed and well rested, ready to tackle the day. I suggest taking these about 20-30 minutes before laying down so that they are starting to work when you get in bed to go to sleep. I usually take them right before I do my face care routine and brush my teeth. These came on time and the bottle these come in is very durable and thick, and none of the gel caps were stuck together in a big glob like I have seen others mention on other brands. These also don't cause any negative side effects.
