Comfort,Breathable,Adjustable and Coverage!!!!!
I got this waist trainer in a 4X, and honestly, Iโm really impressed with it! Itโs comfortable, breathable, and actually covers my entire torso. Iโm 5โ6โ and 292 lbs, and one thing I really appreciate is that it doesnโt roll up or lift when I sit down. It also has multiple rows, so if I wanted to, I could move it to the second row for a tighter fit. Right now, though, I prefer wearing it on the first row because I donโt want it too tight, especially since I still have a hernia. I like that I can adjust the compression as needed without feeling like I have to squeeze myself into it. The back has these little support pieces that help keep your posture straight. You can definitely feel them, and they do press into your back a little, but itโs not uncomfortable โ youโre just aware that theyโre there. Overall, this is probably one of the best waist trainers Iโve purchased in a long time, especially as someone who is plus-size and has had two kids. I also have a hernia, and personally, Iโve found that wearing this gives me some support and helps relieve some of the pressure I feel in that area. For the fit, comfort, breathability, coverage, and adjustability, Iโd definitely recommend it. Itโs a good buy! ๐๐พ

Good quality for the price
I was pleasantly surprised by how well this waist trainer fits. The material feels sturdy but still comfortable enough to wear for several hours. The zipper and hook closures make it feel secure, and the adjustable straps help keep everything in place without digging into my shoulders. It gives a smooth silhouette under clothes and provides good back support as well. Itโs relatively comfortable and can be worn for a few hours at a time. Overall, itโs great quality for the price, and Iโd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable waist trainer with good compression.

Get a Size Smaller
The waist trainer itself is good quality and breathable, but if you can, DEFINITELY SIZE DOWN. Im 4โ11, 110 lbs and I got a size small(because I usually wear a size small in clothes). I strapped the waist trainer onto the tightest hooks and itโs not tight, it feels snug but not tight enough to where itโs actually going to sculpt my body. Itโs very STRETCHY, so if you do size down, it will still be comfortable.

Too Much Stretch.. Comfortable Though
UPDATE: Dropping my 4 star rating down to 1. I've been wearing this for about a week and its pretty much completely useless now. Its pretty much stretched out. After 6 days of basic wear (work, dog walking, etc.. nothing hardcore). Its still "tight" but pretty much in the way that any shapewear or spandex is tight or wearing a cami a size smaller than your normal size is tight. It no longer feels like a corset is supposed to feel. It does not give me anymore of an hourglass figure than already had before I put it on. The tiny but of sucking in my gut it was actually helping with is no longer happening. No I did not lose any weight or inches off my waist in the weeks time. The "waist trainer" just stretched out and it there's no point in wearing it anymore. I refuse to waste more of my money and purchase another size just to have the same thing happen again. I've always believed waist trainers were a scam and this pretty much just proves my theory. I have left my original review below for anyone who wants to continue reading. Original Review: Measure you waist and then size two sizes down when you're ordering. I'm 5'11", 240lbs & my waist is 38". So by their chart I should have been a 2X. I ordered an XL and had no problems getting it on. I hooked it on the first set of hooks & zipped it up straight out of the package. Yes it is tight, but its supposed to be. In my late teens and early 20's I wore corsets on a regular basis so the hooking and getting into it might have come easier for me because I'm pretty used to it but I don't think this is difficult to use. The first day, I wore it around the house (cleaning, cooking, watching football.. nothing too vigorous) and it did not bother me at all. I actually found it pretty comfortable, but again, I'm pretty used to corsets. I've worn it to work and to walk my dog and it does just fine. It doesn't move or roll up (the very VERY bottom in the back does but its not noticeable) while I'm wearing it and its not visible under my clothes unless I'm wearing something skin tight. It does offer some back support which is great because I sit all day for work. I was nervous about it fitting my chest (I wear a 40H bra) but it's fine. For everyone saying the straps dig into their arms or shoulders, you're wearing them too tight. I had to adjust mine and make them as loose as possible and then they were fine and did not dig in. I can wear all my normal bras & everything is pretty comfortable. Also for people saying it's too short, again, adjust the straps. I thought it was too short at first too but when I lengthened the straps I was able to pull it down so it covers the bottom of my stomach. I'm 5'11" and it completely covers me. The back boning could use some help. Its not very strong so if you have back fat, yes its going to kind of fold into and move with your body because of the material. It does this on me but I don't find it very noticeable (again, I don't wear too many skin tight clothes). I will say that when sitting the back boning does stick out a bit and can be noticeable (I think because I have it pulled down a bit far). And it will fold into your stomach a bit when sitting but not uncomfortably so and it will smooth itself out when you stand up. This will not make your stomach flat. All it does is cinch in your waist. So if you have a gut (like I do) you're still going to have it when you put this on. Just FYI for anyone wondering. Also, the design is not completely smooth under your clothes so if you're wearing something tight just know that it has a tendency to "gather" or fold in places and may be visible under your clothing. My problem with this "waist trainer" is I don't think it holds it shape very well because of the material. Its meant to have a bit of stretch and move with your body in order to be comfortable but I believe that is its downfall. I hooked it on the first row on day one. On day two I was easily on the second row and could have gone to the third. Once you wear it and stretch it a bit, it does not revert back to its original shape. Now I'm not saying it stretches out completely, it still cinches my waist jut as well as it did in the beginning and it is still tight. But because of the easy progression in putting it on (I was on row 3 by the second day) I feel as though it may be falsely advertising its ability to help you lose weight. I definitely did not lose any pounds or inches in 24 hours but I was able to make the vest tighter because of its stretching ability. This is my first attempt at wearing a waist trainer because honestly I've always felt they were a scam. I don't know if that opinion has changed but for the price I paid for this and the fact that is has helped me look better in a few shirts & dresses I own, I'm happy with it.

Get the smallest size that your waist will allow.
I had accidentally bought a size larger than I had intended on getting. I bought a size medium instead of a size small. My waist is about 27 inches. I am 5 ft (60 inches) and weigh about 108 lbs, give or take. My build is pretty small but like a square for my torso. I have a little bit of belly fat that I want to get rid of/try to hide, and my abdomen is not the flattest either. When I put the waist trainer on, I do see that my waist does get slightly smaller, but it doesnโt exactly help flatten my stomach and abdomen, which is the sole reason as to why I got the product. When I put on a somewhat tight fit shirt, it is pretty visible that there is something underneath because of the zipper. It is kind of comfortable, but looks very weird if I am sitting and or even slightly hunched over. It is meant to be tight, but when I put it on, it is not tight at all. I think that most of these issues would be resolved had I actually bought the size small instead of the medium, but I donโt think that the visibility of the zipper underneath a somewhat tight fitted shirt would change. I recommend getting a size where the length of your waist is the maximum amount that it will go, otherwise it would become a waste of your money. Update: After about 2 months of using this, and sometimes even less, I have seen my waist get smaller and my weight go down by a little bit, even though I usually put the weight back on not long after. I think that this has been working so well for me even though it is a size too big. Even after washing it multiple times, it still is comfortable and works well. I havenโt noticed much change in my posture, but I donโt mind that. Iโm very happy with this corset. Currently changing the 4 star review to a 5 star review! Highly recommend.

Size 2x
I wish it was a bit more comfy, but itโs not bad. You can use it while working. I also use it when Iโm taking my walks. A full workout will cause it to move out of place somewhat. Itโs not bad for its price though.

Great shape wear!!
I used this product after giving birth to my second child.. I needed something more comfortable than the one I had after my 1st...I have been using it now for over 2 months here are my pros and cons. Pros...I loved that after 2-3 days of use I saw a noticeable difference in how my stomach looked. The material was quite comfortable and easy to wear. I didnโt have to wear a tank top under. it would not roll up or down throughout the day. It gave me a beautiful hour glass shape and most people said I didnโt look like I had a baby only 6 weeks ago. I also loved that is perked my boobs up as well!! It also helped my posture a lot! Cons: after long extended use it started to bend in the middle and be uncomfortable if I was sitting for a extended period of time. Even though that was a issue it really didnโt bother for the first 4-5 hours of wear during the day. It would only become cumbersome after a very long day for me. Another challenge I had was as a nursing mommy.. I would have to modify my comfortable sitting position Bc I forced me to sit upright.. not that that is a bad thing, but with a new born you want to just relax a bit while nursing. Overall I loved this product and would definitely buy it again!! Update: second purchase! This is actually my second purchase with your company for a waist trainer because I needed a smaller size! > >I want to start of by saying what a excellent quality product you provide. I have owned many waist trainers and your product by far has been one of the most comfortable I own. >I bought it 1 month post delivering my son and noticed a significant difference in how flat my stomach looked within 1 week! > >When I returned to work I continued to wear the trainer underneath my clothes. No one noticed I had it on. Itโs very discreet and comfortable. I donโt have to wear a tank underneath it because it does not irritate my skin. I have seen great benefits in my weight loss and shape of my figure when I wear the trainer. I stopped wearing it for a period of time and stopped working out so I gained weight again. About 1 mont ago I restarted my workout routine and also started wearing the trainer again and once again, amazing results! > >I get so many compliments! Thank you again. Iโm so excited to move down to a smaller size!

Nice compression
I am loving this waist trainer. I am 5' 6", the first time I ordered it I was 205 lbs, I got the 2XL but it was too big so I returned it. I have since lost weight and is now at 193 lbs so I ordered a size L and it is perfect. I can close on the 1st row of hooks. It gives good compression without being super uncomfortable. I wear it all day except when im sleeping. It does not show under my clothes. I love that I have the option to adjust it as I lose more weight. It gives a lifting effect to your "tatas", so I wear with an unstructured bra. The sizing chart is not the most accurate but try different sizes until you find your fit.

Exceptional customer service
The Waist Trainer is of very good quality. I purchased this item a 3 sizes bigger for my 92 year old mother to help with spinal support. Unfortunately it was too small and due to her age her bones could not handle the pressure this item would provide. I'm certain it would do an amazing job for a younger person but be cautious on the size you purchase as 3X was quite small. I was given the option to return it for refund or keep it and get $40 refund. Due to cost of freight, I kept the item and was given a refund of $70 as the circumstances were fair for both the seller and myself.

A flexible, comfy, and sleek waist trainer
My experience with the waist trainer was overall very positive! I've worn it for a week and enjoy it. I love the sleek look of my waist trainer. The hooks and zippers make it easy to customize how tight I would like the trainer to be. I've tried many trainers in the past and Gaodi's, by far, have been the most comfortable trainers I've tried yet! During workouts, the trainer is pretty flexible. An issue i have is the hook above the zipper has threads coming out, feeling like it's about to break. I also wished I had purchased a smaller size. But overall, Iโd recommend this product.
