These work great! There is no taste, they have a great coating on them to make swallowing these much easier. They are super tiny too. A great value for the money & they do seem to help. Working in retail you come across a lot of people & a lot of germs. I used to get a cold often so I added these vitamins & more vitamin c into my routine & I hardly ever get cold now.
