These tablets are big but are easy to swallow as they are coated. I did try a different make of magnesium supplements but very nearly choked on them as they were a similar size but not coated. I threw them away and now I've got these by WISE and they are fine because of the coating, I am very happy to say that I have not had any trouble at all. Restless legs is the reason I take them. They start to work after about one week, from day one my legs start to get less restless until by the seventh day they are not restless at at all.

I was suffering with cramp in my legs for a number of years & I decided to look into it online. I found your product & read all the information. I decided to give them a go. I take the capsules twice a day, one in the morning & one in the evening. I'm happy to say that this product work.

I bought this as I suffer from irritable leg syndrome and I read that magnesium can help with it. I have been taking these morning and night but I don’t think it’s made any difference. I will finish them but I don’t think I will buy more unless I feel that things get worse after I stop!

I bought a box of these Magnesium Citrate tablets on the strenth of good reviews that it was getting, i get cramp in my legs early in the morning, sometimes at 4am and only a few walks around the bedroom will ease the pain. Now after a week of taking these tablets the cramp has started to dissapear. I only take one a day around twelve noon. Just one other thing that i care to mention is i am finding they are helping me to sleep much better and no wonder they are out of stock of these at this time of writing.

Price is good, capsules easy to swallow and slim packaging good. However, not taken for long enough yet to be able to make any real judgement about its benefits, so cannot give the full star rating as yet. But I’m hopeful!

This is the first time in over 20 years when my restless legs started that I have been able to watch tv for more than 15 minutes without getting up and walking around to relieve my legs. To be honest I didn’t think there was anything available, Ive been trying magnesium tablets and spray before but they made no difference. This product has been an absolute godsend.
