This has been my magic “go to” supplement. Several years ago I was fighting with eczema and it was so bad I was in constant pain and could barely use my hands. I saw a U-tube video with Dr. Axe, who suggested zinc. Who would ever know? I was so desperate I tried it. I had heard good things about Life Essentials brand, so got these. My eczema magically vanished. I was so surprised. It hasn’t come back. If I get a slight rash or some odd redness, I realize I have forgotten to take this supplement and I go back to it. I have no idea why, but this must have something in it that really is needed in my body. I am so grateful it exists!
