After researching the ingredients for this Alps Goodness Rosemary Water Refill pack, I decided the product is not for me. It has some preservatives that are common skin allergens. If you plan to rinse it out after 15 minutes, it's probably okay since the solution won't be sitting on your scalp for long, but I was looking for a leave in spray because it's a hassle to wait 15 minutes and then rinse.Rosemary extract and flower oil and pathenol are excellent for scalp health but the preservatives are too risky for me since I have sensitive skin.

Not quality ingredients.
When I opened the bottle the liquid squirted out and I lost about an 1/6 of the bottle. 8 haven't noticed a difference after using and I just honestly don't know if it's quality ingredients because the smell is minor to me.
