Country Life Calcium Magnesium Zinc with Vitamin D3 and L-Glutamic Acid, Dietary Supplement for Bone Support, Certified Gluten Free, 1000mg/500mg/25mg, 180 Tablets

I’m VERY happy with this product. So much so I’m now part of the Subscriber and Save program.

This supplement combines two that I had been taking separately and one that I needed to take because I was low on it (in my last blood test). Magnesium is one of those things many people are low on, especially if you have a condition that causes constant muscle spasms (or exercise). As you age you will probably need more calcium, and zinc is a good addition to probably everyone's diet. The tablet is a bit large, but not terribly so. My calcium is back up in the good range, and there is enough magnesium in my system now, so I am not having muscle groups lock up and stay locked up for minutes at a time. As far as zinc, I have not been sick at all during the time I have been taking this.... but I have also been very vigilant about wearing a mask and gloves in public, using hand sanitizer as soon as I sit down in my car, and washing my hands correctly and often.

I've been incorporating Solgar Calcium Magnesium Plus Zinc into my daily routine for several years, and it has consistently supported my bone and muscle health. This has the right amounts of minerals in it, which is the main reason I chose this brand. When I have enough magnesium, I'm less likely to be sore when I wake in the mornings. It also helps with constipation, among other things.

I ordered this thinking I was getting the same formula as what is in the Country Life Cal Mag Zinc Target Mins, just thinking this was a bigger size bottle, 250 versus 180 tablets. When I went to reorder it I noticed a reviewer saying to beware and I read their review. In their review they mentioned that this formula is different from the other Country Life Cal Mag Zinc! I didn't realize that this formula was so much different, it even has L-glutamic acid in it, and the types of calcium, magnesium and zinc are all the less effective forms (in my opinion). I thought I was ordering the same as the Target Mins Cal Mag Zinc formula. I thank that reviewer so much for pointing that out! Some people still may prefer this formula, so be sure to check it out before you order it if this is the kind of calcium, magnesium and zinc you prefer to take or if you prefer the Target Mins formulation. Both are a really great price and I like the Country Life brand of vitamins, just not this formula.
