Great product!
Excellent product for sealing stamped concrete patio. We’ve been using this same sealer for the past two years. Goes on easily with a paint roller. Highly recommend!

Easy to apply
Simple to apply. Quick enough to dry in only a few hours. Still looks nice over a month later in a high tread area. I applied this a few days after staining my newly laid bricks and I’m very happy with the finished results. It left a satin coat that looks very polished.

Sealant works well for stamped concrete
I used the sealant on my stamped concrete walkway and steps. This went on pretty well using a 3/8" paint roller. I needed to use two coats of sealant. Three gallons of sealant were needed to put two coats of sealant on about 900 sq. ft. of area. The finish looks great and water beads up nicely and it is not slippery even after a rain.

Easy to use sealer, beautiful results
This sealer was a breeze to work with. Power washed the day before and let dry overnight. Applied with a 3/4” nap roller and extension handle and paint tray. Product went on easily and noticed the difference right away. Applied second coat a couple of hours later and the stamped concrete looks even better than the day it was installed. My project is roughly 11’ x 20’ and only used about 1 1/2 gallons. Very impressed with this sealer and it will be my go to in the future. Don’t hesitate to try it yourself.

Turned out great!
I noticed my stamped concrete patio that was installed 2 years ago looked pale and dry in spots, the surface no longer beaded when it got wet, and took longer to dry after rain, so I decided it was time to re-seal it. I decided to tackle the job myself after watching a couple of YouTube videos. I initially bought 4 gallons of the sealer since my patio is 18' x 30' and I wasn't sure 3 gallons would be enough to do two coats. I ended up using 2 1/2 gallons, so I returned the extra one. The sealer--which was thinner than I thought it would be--was easy to apply with a 3/8" paint roller and extension pole. It took me about 45 minutes to apply the first coat, I waited about 2 hours for it to dry and applied a second coat with the traction additive. There was some unexpected light rain for a few minutes about 6 hours later, but the sealer seemed to be dry enough so there was no bubbling. I will say that there was some veining in spots for a few days (probably due to fine surface cracks where the sealer penetrated deeper and took longer to dry), and there was a slight white haze in the deeper parts of the pattern after it rained, but both issues disappeared after the sealant had fully cured after a couple of weeks (the fact that we had no rain probably helped). I'm very happy with the result; the color evened out, water beads on the surface now, and even when wet, the patio isn't slippery (I highly recommend purchasing the traction additive). I'll definitely purchase this sealer again when it's time to re-seal.

It works and makes stamped concrete look nice.
It was ok and did what it said it would do, just nothing spectacular. Easy to put on and looked good when dry.

Great product. Easy for DIY
It was my first time to seal to concrete. I decided to try this out because many people said it was pretty easy in the reviews. My patio is around 700-800 sqft. I bought only 3 gallon. Because the concrete was new, i just bought a concrete cleaner from homedepot and rinse it after. Waited for 1 and half days. Then apply the 1st coat with a 3/4 in roller. I realized that 3 gallons might not be enough because the gap of stamp concrete will easily consume the sealer when the roller reach it. I started to avoid putting too much sealer on roller each time, which can save some sealer but takes more time. It took an hour to finish the 1st coat. Then i waited 1 hour before i started the 2nd coat. I forgot to put on a mask when applying the sealer but didn't feel any odor. It looks shinny in the second day. Pretty easy for a beginner, no bubble.

time will tell
this product covered a larger area than listed on the package. I purchased four gallons and will have enough to recoat my patio one, possibly two more times. Time will tell regarding durability. I sprayed and then back rolled and brushed the low areas in the stamped concrete pattern. Very easy to use, goes on a little bluish white so you know where you have already covered sets up very quickly. We probably could have walked on it the same day, but decided to give it 24 hours to set. It is a gloss sheen so it is a little more shiny than my previous sealer. It looks really nice, but when it is wet it becomes very slippery if you have no shoes on. Even with shoes you need to be careful walking on it when it is wet. That is the only reason I gave this product four instead of five stars.

Easy
I am happy with the product. It went on nicely with easy cleanup. We had previously sealed concrete that was in desperate need of re-sealing. I wasn’t sure what sealer was put on before. Pressure washed it well. Did a xylene test (Google it) to try to determine what kind of sealer was on before. Beware that the xylene slightly changed the colour of the concrete so be sure to do it in a corner or something. I thought it was water based before but still not sure. I am nervous to put new sealer on. I purchased this product and tested a small area. It seemed to be fine. So I went ahead and applied it to 300sq ft of stamped concrete with two coats and only used 3/4 of a gallon. I rolled it on in 20 degree Celsius weather and overnight temp of 13 and it seems to have dried fine. We will see how it holds up to our winter climate.

Easy
I wish other finishes were so easy to apply and so flawlessly. I’m impressed. This stamped finish continues to the entry hall so that’s next!
