Yes, but not as strong as the mirror hangers when new. I just soak and hang again.

Are these fragrance oil alcohol free?

I am not certain, to be honest. But I am very happy with this oil.

Why does it have flavors added???

It's not flavors, it's scents. You cannot eat this.

Why is my black ice fragrance no mixing well with my wax I can smell it when my candle is lit what's the scent amount to use

Only use 1oz of fragrance to 1# of wax. Too much or too little makes a GIGANTIC difference.
