Simple effective product.
No actual measuring guidance given! No scoop, no instructions! Pure maltodextrin no salts or sugars added. I use this in a mix for cycling. Being a bit type 2 diabetic, I need to watch my energy drink components for longer rides. I use about 1/2 - 2/3 proportionally of HighFive or other maltod. / fructose mix with the rest being a couple of teaspoons of this Villa Nostrum maltod. Seems to work OK. I avoid for example Decathlon/other duration drink powder which has much higher Fructose ingredient.This product needs clear mixing instructions per 250mm water.
