Nicorette Nicotine Gum Stop Smoking Aid, 2mg, White Ice Mint Flavor

After watching videos and reading white papers about the benefits of nicotine, I decided to try these. I'm not a smoker so I wasn't sure what effects I'd feel from this gum. The gum tastes really good like normal fresh mint gum however, it does burn a bit if you chew it like regular gum (which you're not supposed to do) You chew it a bit until you start to feel/taste a peppery taste then you put it in your cheek/gum area and just hold it there until the burn stops and repeat this process. The effects I felt was at first very slight dizziness, but not so much that I couldn't drive or whatever. It did help me to focus and get stuff done that I had been dreading doing as well as deal with difficult people with less stress. So for me this stuff works and I'll be using it medically, but not daily.

I tried multiple products (mints and gum) but this works the best in my opinion. It's pricey, but you get what you pay for. I'm on my 7th week and have no cravings, and the gum actually tastes like normal gum. Lozenges made me nauseous but I don't experience any with this product. I recommend to everyone who smokes (whether that's cigarettes or vapes). You have to enter with the mindset of being ready to quit, otherwise, neither this nor any other NRT will work.

My daughter has chewed this gum for years, since she stopped smoking. Would that we all stay away from bad habits, but this helps to chill her out and not reach for a cigarette. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for. If you don't like the generic, this is the real deal.
