LCS869 Siren, 100 Watt, 9 Button Control

This is a great controller. The wiring is a bit tricky at first but the manual is very helpful and the diagram on the cover is an easy reference. I bought this for my POV, I have 4 surface mounts and an internal light bar for lighting. For a siren i have a federal 200w slim speaker and it does a decently good job at moving traffic. I like the tone selection and that I can easily put the control box anywhere. I have it mounted in my trunk and just have the remote stuck to my dash with some Velcro. This isn't the cheapest product but is well built and works great. Several of my friends have the same product and they love it.

The product its self it great...minus one feature. Its very quiet..verry, very, quiet. I literally had to press my ear up to the speaker...(reluctantly kind of scared it would end up maybe "warming up" or "kick in" and I'd blow out my ear drum) and what do you know a very faint siren I could hear. I ended up buying an external 100 watt amp that I hooked inline with the speaker. Kind of neat that I can now control the volume of my siren but still bunked up my whole install.

Recently purchased product, I was kinds worried at first. But one I got it along with the Sirennet slumline 100w speaker. Looked on like and really found reviews helpful. It was kinda pricey but very well worth the money. Oh would recomend it hands down to anyone in a budget.

Great system. Several tones can be switched to air horn only for stars that don't allows siren for firefighters. I have had the whelen its buttons are are night and day if you only need two switches this powers over others easy to hold while driving. The hands free also works great the Yelp air horn tone is great for clearing intersections.
