A little loud, the fan is around 40 db which doesn't work very well when you're trying to sleep. I'm going to pop mine open and replace it with a noctua fan and see if that helps. The USB is quick charge compatible, and it's powered all my devices with no problem. It's decently light weight and compact, just make sure not to drop if from too high as the exterior is plastic. It's about as durable as a nice hair drier. It gets a little warm but not too bad. It worked with both German and Prague outlets while I was abroad, I will definitely use it again going to Vienna.

This was perfect for us as we traveled in Europe for three weeks. This power converter worked well, and kept our phones and Cpaps going without any problems. We traveled to Poland, Germany, and France using the same plug, without any problems. I recommend it to all my traveling friends.

SUPER OVERPRICED for this which is very similar to regular and way cheaper transformers. They said in discription that it converts 220V to 110-120 volts which is right. But the fake description is that It only converts the voltage, not the frequency. So if you connect it to 220 - 240 50H, then it gives you 120V 50Hz not 60 Hz which causes a loud noise in my hair clipper like my other transformers which is even way cheaper than this . I bought something else from another country, and that’s working fine now. It also won’t charge my dewalt battery too because it needs to be 120V 60Hz to charge my battery but now is 120V 50Hz which my charger can’t charge up my battery

Just used this while traveling through Ireland, Scotland, England, Germany, Austria and Switzerland. We had the correct adapters for every country we visited. I primarily bought this because my wife needed it for her hair care products. I also needed it for my wireless phone charger. Having 4 usb plug-ins was really nice since we are a family of 4. I can’t speak to the long term durability but it worked well for our needs. Would definitely buy again.

I travel frequently and have used many different converters. This is the most handy I have found - compact, works everywhere I have been in Europe and the Caribbean. Good price compared to others on the market.

This is a heavy duty (300 watt) power converter, beautifully made and well designed. I've had several converters over the years and they all suffer from the same problem: the various plugs attached right to the transformer making a heavy, unbalanced, somewhat large block. Often, plug won't physically fit into a recessed plug (pretty common in my experience) and if it does fit, it is liable to fall out because the heavy transformer pulls the whole unit toward the floor. This converter is a sleek rounded rectangular block with a cord (detachable for packing) for the plugs to, well, plug into. The plugs are quite compact and should fit easily into most any socket. And because there is a cord between the plug and the transformer, the weight is not on the plug end so not likely to pull it out of the socket. Nicely designed and very practical unit. Shipped with the most common plug configurations. Converts 220 to 110. Three (!) U.S. style outlets plus USB-A and USB-C jacks on the transformer unit - very handy. The only criticism is that I wish it were a bit smaller and lighter for packing and travel but I guess that's what it takes to handle 300 watts of power.

Ticket to China plugged in many of my US plugs and it worked like a charm would highly recommend

I have yet to travel with the Ceptics converter, though I am not sure I'll even keep it. It's a big heavy device that would take some space and weight in luggage. While you could certainly plug in a few devices at a time, I already have a much more compact converter that allows me to plug in a couple of devices as well as another two or three by USB. I guess if you need something for a hair dryer or similar small appliance, the Ceptics converter might be for you; I'm not sure it meets my needs.
