Très pratique pour effectuer des étirements et avoir une stabilité, cela change de la serviette ou même des bandes de pilates qui glissent. Le produit es robuste pour l'instant même si j'ai quelques doutes sur sa durée dans le temps, les coutures ayant l'air un peu fragile..

DMoose band - helped me a lot - after my 1-2 hour gym training, cardio I invest about 20-30 minutes for after work exercises.. One is this DMoose strap - which happened to be better than I first imagined.. legs front back..plantar ... and even upper body strech feels giving results after only 10 times.. I am more than happy for this.... Advantage compared with almost similar straps is that you can strech plantar - underfoot muscles and fibers with special "sock" .. which gives better result than one strap under underfoot.. causing pain on one spot. I am very happy with DMoose solution. Can recommend as GYM and athletic sportsman - DMoose..

脚のストレッチにはなかなか効果的です。最初はマジックテープがちょっと面倒かなと思ったけど、前後どちらでも確実に脚をホールドできて楽にストレッチが出来ます。在宅ワークで運動不足になり硬くなった身体をほぐすのに効果的でした！
