Delicious
I found myself putting this on everything, now I can't do without it, cause once you go Truffle you cant go back...I was surprised to find this singular product on Amazon offering Truffle powder, all other products were combination of Truffles & zest/parmesan, which I'm sure is delicious but not necessarily desirable.

Received expired product.
I received a bottle that expired 2 months prior. I don’t have a complaint about the product itself. Only that an expired product should not have been sent without warning or serious discount. It is dishonest.

“Best Before” date 5 months old
This product has a “best Before” date of 10-05-19 and today is 2/22/20. Disappointed that it is not noted in the product description and that distributor does not check dates.

Surprisingly delicious, but disappointed in the high sodium content
It's a good thing that a little of this goes a long way, because I was surprised and a bit disappointed at the high sodium content - - 214mg in each 1/4tsp. That being said, it is delicious sprinkled over almost anything. Just like truffle oils and butters, it is best used once your dish is cooked, as it's wasted and loses flavor if it goes through the cooking process. Truly . . . a little goes a long way and it's very handy to have when your dish needs a little special something. Made mushroom risotto and sprinkled a fine dusting over the top. The smell is fantastic and it adds the perfect amount of truffle flavor. Sprinkle on a cooked burger, mix into mayo and use to either top that burger or dip fries into, sprinkle on baked fries, mashed potatoes or a heated round of brie. We are constantly finding new uses for this. Bonus that everytime I open my spice cabinet, I get hit with that wonderful aroma too.
