IgG is immunoglobulin within the immune system. As we age, we naturally, gradually lose the ability to produce high levels of particular IgG's. This bovine colostrum helps keep those levels up. You may not be able to battle every version of the common cold or prevent genetic autoimmune disorders but you'll be able to fight them easier. I like the product but it's like drinking chalk. But again, that's expected.
