Love it, wish the heating attachment held a charge longer.

I purchased this massage gun in April and a little bit later. The power connector broke. I couldn’t charge it anymore, so I contacted the company and they immediately replaced it for me without charging me and without arguing with me. They did ask me for pictures which I sent them And they took care of it right away. The massage gun has only one thing that I don’t like. I would like to hold down on the strength increase button and it go up continuously, but I have to hit the plus button each time. Other than that this Massager works so great. Two or three things I really like about this one. The attachment screw on, which is very nice. A massage gonna head before got wore out where the adapter connected to the massager and they began just falling off because the adapters got warped and eventually none of them would stay on the massager. This one, the parts screw on, so I never have to worry about that problem and I really like that. One of the attachments is infrared heat. You charge it separately and you turn it on either before or after you connect it and it has three different levels. I always put it on the strongest level, but it works very nicely as well. I love it. The other thing I really like about this is it has a feature where if you press a little bit harder, then it gives it a boost in strength so sometimes you have that muscle that needs just a little bit more power on it and so you just push a little bit and you have it. You let off a little bit and it goes back to normal. That’s a very nice feature. Anyone can have an issue with a product, but how well do they take care of it and do they stand behind their product? This company does and they resolved the issue very quickly. I didn’t write a review for a while because I wanted to see how this one stood up and so far I have not had any issues with this replacement and even if I do eventually, I will always contact them to let them know, but I seriously doubt I’m gonna have any more problems with it. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a massager. It works the muscles very well and you have several attachments. It holds a charge for quite some time.

I decided to buy this item because I work out a lot and despite doing my stretches, I still get very tight and sore. I am used to getting deep tissue massages but this is an option in between the massages. The item charges quickly and holds charge well. I like the various massage heads for different areas of the body, I have not tried the heated option yet but I am excited to do so. The massage gun has a auto shut off if used continually for 10 minutes which is useful but then you ten to forget that the machine is left on 'on' which can drain the battery. The massage gun is also heavy, wish it was a bit lighter. It is easy to use and I like that the various attachments are screwed on instead of snapping in, they seem more secure. I use it on the highest setting and feel that it could be more powerful but I am used to deep tissue massages. All in all, a great product!

This is a great product with great customer support. It was missing an attachment. I contacted the manufacturer. They were quick to respond and resolved it so very quickly. Now, as for the product itself, I use it daily. I had knee replacement surgery and my leg muscles are so very tight. I love the different levels and the heat attachment. It really helps loosen things up. I even took it on vacation to help. Comes in a very nice zippered case.

I am impressed with this massage gun. The case it arrived in is handy for keeping accessories in one place. The massager has held the first charge well and supplies quite a bit of power. Watch out if your using on your back and have a bony spine, hold it firmly so it doesn’t bounce over your bones. I am very glad I made this purchase. I wish I had done it sooner.

Sometimes it turns off after 5 mins instead of the time it indicates, which is 10 minutes, but I think it’s because it overheats and stops the massage. I know i’m probably over using it, but it’s just something I noticed. The lowest setting is really fast so I wish it was slower and more gentle. I really like the quality of the gun in terms of the softness where you hold it, and also the touch screen however, I wish it had a smaller grip and a bit lighter in weight because it gets heavy and difficult to keep still in certain areas since it’s heavy. These features aren’t a huge deal to me, they’re just things I’ve noticed after using it everyday that’s why I give 4 stars.

El primer día que lo use fue genial, tenía carga y como era novedad y la verdad daba muy buen masaje lo use varias veces y diario, aun así le duró la pila y fuerza. pero después de avele cargado la pila en mi casa por primera vez ya no tenía la misma potencia, nose si salió con falla mi aparato, la verdad no se, si comunicarme con el vendedor para preguntar si esto es normal, porque el aparato me desestreso por completo los primeros días que lo use y me encantó pero siento que perdió la fuerza después de la primera recarga.

Es un poco pesada,cumple con su funcion, buen agarre y potencia.

As a massager it does a good job. Have to take a couple of stars off for its false claim of providing USB-C charging. All they’ve done is swapped a Micro-USB socket with a USB-C one. No chips for handling an actual USB-C power supply, so it can’t even negotiate the basic 5V that it needs. All you can use is a dumb USB A power supply that always provides the basic 5V. Sick of cheap tech doing this, but unfortunately not uncommon in gear that’s sold to the general public who often aren’t aware of the difference (see the number of other reviews from confused customers).
