YES! It works with your NVR (SecuritySpy, BlueIris,...)
This camera was a breeze to set up. The image is good, and customer support is fantastic! Very good value for money. Out of the box, it does not support your NVR (RTSP or ONVIF - but they're working on that). A simple email to their customer support (I emailed Saturday morning and within an hour had a useful response). I use the SecuritySpy NVR software with 20 cameras, so naturally I wanted a window camera that would easily integrate. I emailed Girafit support asking for RTSP support so that I could use it with SecuritySpy. Within 2 hours they had updated the firmware of my camera and it works flawlessly - better than some other brands I use with SecuritySpy NVR software. Here are the instructions for getting your Girafit Window Camera to work with an NVR: Once you have your camera powered up and added via the Girafit iphone app, email or chat with online support, which can be accessed from the Help menu in the Girafit app. They will ask you for a the model number and the Device ID. The model number is on the box and the Device ID can be found by selecting your camera in the App. You will see on your phone what the camera is viewing. Click the "..." on the top right of the image to go to "Device Settings". You must ask them for the firmware update to support RTSP in that email or chat. On this screen, scroll down to see the "General" icon (cog). Tap that. On the "General Settings" screen, tap the "About Device". That will give you the information that you need to provide the support at Girafit. They will respond with an email containing instructions. You'll need to wait about 2 hours after you receive that email. They will "push" the firmware upgrade to your camera. Once you have the new firmware, you will have to configure SecuritySpy to connect to it. Here are the settings you will need or it will not work: Device Type / Profile: manual Address: The IP address of your camera - also in the Device Info screen of your Girafit iPhone app. Format: RTSP Port: Leave blank Manual profile path: live0 for the first stream or live1 for the second stream* Username: admin Password: The password that you used when you set up your Girafit account when installing the iPhone app * Note, different cameras may have different profile paths. If live0/live1 do not work with your Girafit camera, try live/ch0.

High Quality and affordable 3MP pixel (2K) wi-fi Camera
This is a wi-fi monitoring camera with camera capable of recording in 2K resolution. The picture and video provided is very sharp. The camera lens is 2.88mm with 105 degrees of view. The camera is very easy to setup. It can connect to either 2.4GHz or 5GHz wi-fi networks. There is a 9 foot 8 inches long USB-C power cable that connects the camera to the provided power adapter. There is an LED status light that changes color to indicate the various stages of connecting to the home wi-fi network. Once connection is successfully establish, the LED light remains on solid blue. Access to the camera can be easily shared with family and friends via the Girafit app. Snapshots and video recordings can be stored locally in Micro SD card (32 GB to 256 GB capacity) or to the cloud with subscription in either 360P or 2K resolution or both. The auto-focus on the camera works very well, no need to setup focus. My current older generation wi-fi camera requires me to setup a pre-set focus and it was a lot more expensive than this one. The IR on my older wi-fi camera shows reflections from the window at night, so the night time scenes are very distracting and hard to use. This camera's IR lights does not show reflections, which is very nice. The camera uses the ChroMAX AI Color Night Vision technology to view night scenes in vivid color. I am blown away by this awesome technology. My previous wi-fi camera's nightvision scene is only provided in black and white. This new capability is very nice. It renders the night scenes to very similar to the daytime scene. If you want to zoom in, spread out two fingers on the picture. Squeeze in two fingers to zoom in again. The adhesive backed mounting frame sticks securely to the window. After choosing initial mounting position. I decided to change to a new location. When I tried to take the camera off the adhesive backed mounting frame; it was hard to do, which is a good thing. The velcro on the camera holds onto the mounting frame securely. Two large and one small mounting frames are provided. I have it setup to view the driveway, so now I can see whoever is coming up on the driveway, as well as most of the front yard 24/7. I was considering an outdoor mounted wi-fi camera, but now this one fits my needs and I like that it can stay indoors protected from the elements. If technical support is needed; phone, email and live chat via the Giraft app is available. 2 years of product warranty is included, which is very unusual in the products in this category these days. I highly recommend this. This is a very capable wi-fi camera in a very affordable package.

Very nice security camera system
This is great camera system and easy to use. The microSD card doesn't come with the camera unfortunately, so it's going to set you back about another $42 for each camera unless you subscribe to its cloud service. It's well worth getting the microSD because otherwise the camera will only give you still PDFs. The camera picks up a lot of motion on a windy day, so you have to set the sensitivity down. But otherwise, when someone walks in front of the camera, it takes about 3 seconds for it to beep to give you a warning. The pictures are really exceptionally clear and bright at nighttime. I bought the two camera system. The Girafit app is a little wonky though when shifting between the notifications from both cameras. You have to keep on going back to the home button and click the other camera so see what's going on there. But then after you shift between the two cameras, notifications from both cameras appear on one page. Why? Also, if you want to talk to someone through the camera, it will sound muffled unless you have the window open. Otherwise, those are small nuisances. I like this system better than installing the cameras outside where they can be stolen. Also, these cameras only interface with Alexa. I wish it would link to my Google Home system.

Just beware of the glitchy app!
Iโve been using this camera for almost a year and overall I would say itโs a great camera! I have it on my window facing the balcony and it has not budged, itโs still standing strong and it doesnโt overheat. I like that its motion detector picks up motion even when itโs not visible on frame just yet. It does a fantastic job at recording people approaching from over 20ft away and it has amazing night vision. It alerts me right on time and I appreciate that! It has also never lost connection or missed several hours of recording like some cameras do. It will however occasionally not pick up events but I would say 85-90% of the time it does. The only real CON I have for this is the app! It takes forever to load sometimes and it buffers so much. I used to think it was my wifi but I have switched wifi providers and it still happens. Sometimes I want to go back on video footage or fast forward and it completely freezes and restarts the video so many times that itโs frustrating. It will freeze and I have to close the app and it still wonโt play. The footage is there because it does do an amazing job at recording but the playback is a bit of a hassle sometimes! Overall the pros do outweigh the cons! Just something to look out for if youโre looking for a camera you are constantly monitoring.

Very happy so far with these Window Cameras - constant monitoring with RTSP
I bought a pair of these to replace some old Logitech Alerts I had using Powerline with Blue Iris recording the videos. I'd seen that these Window Cameras supported RTSP on Girafit's website in the FAQ section. After contacting Girafit support the FAQ stated they'd send new firmware to enable RTSP so I could continue using Blue Iris to do my own recording/storage. Initial setup was very easy with the Girafit IOS app. I emailed Girafit support and they responded within minutes, told me what info they needed to enable RTSP, so I replied with my Girafit account details, and they replied almost immediately again and said they'd push the firmware within 6 hours.... but it took them far less. With that firmware loaded RTSP worked immediately and I've been using Blue Iris for constant monitoring + recording with these cameras ever since. Frankly their own Girafit app was pretty good but I wanted a little more control on my side. Quality of picture even at night is good enough for my needs, installation was easy, very responsive customer service - we're off to a great start! I've only had very minor issues, which I will put here just in case somebody from Girafit sees this or in case it helps another customer: 1) These devices wanted the MicroSD cards pre-formatted for FAT32 before it'd use them, apparently I had a different file system on my old ones and so I had to format to FAT32 using my PC first. 2) If using the built-in timestamp on video with their timezone setting, they don't have Arizona timezone, i.e. PST and MST are available as selections in the Girafit app, but in choosing either of those the time will be an hour off for residents of Arizona for 6 months out of the year and we would have to change the setting again manually with DST shifts. There are approx 8 million of us in Arizona, would be nice if they added an appropriate timezone setting. Ultimately a non-issue because I disabled the Girafit timestamp and have Blue Iris doing it instead.

Decent camera
Loved it for the first 3 weeks. Now itโs having connectivity issues (slow connection to WiFi) although my WiFi is fast and I do not have a big house so my devices are within range to my router. Sometimes it takes a little longer to load a video/load the screen. I havenโt tried the sd card yet so not sure how well that works. I tried their 7 day subscription trial and it seems okay. It stops recording after a minute or so. Doesnโt record for longer than that. Once the trial is over you can pay for a subscription fee. For up to 4 cameras price is about twenty bucks per month with 30d storage. 1 camera price is seven bucks per month with 14d storage. You can also purchase annually. Video quality day and night looks good. It is very easy to set up. Since you stick the camera to the window, you canโt put it at a certain angle. There is a product to help with that but for 1 itโs twenty bucks, doesnโt seem worth it to me since the price adds up per camera. You might be able to find a cheaper alternative/ brand for the angle product. App usage is simpleโฆ. It was a little confusing to cancel the subscription because I couldnโt figure how to in the app but it has a FAQ page. I was then able to cancel it. For starters, I think this camera is good. But if you want something thatโll work faster and better, look elsewhere.

A great window camera with room for improvement.
This is an excellent window camera if you don't have time or the money to wire up a surveillance system. It's compatible with my Samsung Galaxy tablet (Android) and iPhone. The setup was straightforward and took about 5 minutes. If you don't want the cloud feature, make sure to purchase a MICRO-SD card (64GB to 128 GB is enough) to save videos. Make sure it's a MICRO card. The nighttime Chromax AI feature is nice. It turns dark areas into daylight. I recommend you mount the cameras on the window with a Windshield Electrostatic Film used for dash cams or window decals (i.e., MASIAGO). Girafit provides a lot of extra sticky window mounts, but the electrostatic film will allow you to readjust the mount easily without damaging it. NEGATIVES: Wi-Fi can sometimes cut off, so survey how many wireless devices are in your area that could cause interference. No battery backup for power failures. The viewing angle is limited to approximately 80-90 degrees. If you hold your head straight and look forward, you are limited to that view. It would be nice if this were a 180-degree camera. It's good for front and back yard viewing only. I would not recommend it for side or alley areas. For narrow side areas, supplement it with the Blink outdoor cameras. There is no viewing feature via a browser, so expect battery drain on your portable devices. Their FAQ mentions support for RTSP, but it requires a separate firmware update. If your viewing area has outdoor lights, you will see a little glare from the lights at nighttime. There is no way to adjust this with the Chromax AI filter. It has only person and other motion detection. It needs a separate detection for vehicles only. The siren and talk feature on the device is poor and useless. It's too soft and does not penetrate through the window. I do not know why it can record sound inside the house, and why it has a privacy function. TIP: If you purchase the 2-cam pack, you may receive one little box per pack. The cameras are so slim that two cameras will be inside one box. When I first got my order, I thought I was missing a camera. It's an excellent camera; Girafit can improve it by addressing these issues. It would be amazing if they made a 180-degree window camera with some battery backup.

Best cameras weโve used!
The cameras provide a very high quality image & usually provided by a motion notification. That being said, sometimes the replay can be glitchy. This would not prevent me from purchasing again, because the set up & installation are worth the occasional glitch. Overall, would highly recommend!

Simple to set up and works really well.
I'm very happy with this camera. It was very simple to set up. I bought a high-capacity SD card and set to continuous record. It takes ages to get to max capacity, and then it overwrites. There's no need for cloud storage at all. If an intruder got to the camera, it's really is too late anyway. You can access the camera over the web directly using the app to see either live or recorded video. I set sensitivity to low and for people detection only. Alerts come to my phone almost immediately.
